Poor indeed It's sad that they want me to "update" my 1 1/2 year old wireless system to be able to use esecure 2.0 No updates to this one?

Poor programing, takes to long2connect Called esecure support & they want 2insist its a carrier issue since they can connect to it via a pc. Purpose of this is 2use via mobile, not pc. Then when u hit them with it does the same timeout issue on an att 3g froyo, tmobile 4g Icecream & verizon lte honeycomb, they say uninstall/reinstall will fix when u already tried it. I've been havin issues with this since day 1of activation. Should have went with ADT. Luckily its not been 30days only 1.5week so ima cancel due to service not what promised.

Outdated, no long supported needs to be removed This app is so outdated, it's no longer working. Protection 1 no longer supports this, as you tell from the 2 years since there's been an update. No big loss as it was not that reliable anyway. The sad thing is that now we have to upgrade our alarm system in order to use the 2.0 version of this app.

Very very slow It takes forever for the keypad to open and 90% of the time. Does not work and i have to call to get it armed and disarmed. Need to get better

Helpful App The App is helpful to be able to disarm the alarm from our rear doors that don't have a delay to get to the panel, but it takes a LONG time for it to connect. Also the on screen display doesn't update when you arm/disarm or change the Chime, etc from the Android App. Also, the Lock/Unlock keys only work once, after you get back to the main keypad they are totally un-responsive. Motorola Droid 2 on Verizon

Is a poor app We was told that we will be able to connect to the system thought the phone. And after try few times finally get connected. But. Connecting and playing. Zynga poker. 100 elevator. Is 10 times faster that connecting to protection one ( esecure system ). We are paying for this app . 1 they fix the app to go faster as any others app. 2 we call customer service to cancel what we get charged monthly for this poor slow app

Unusable For ICS (4.0) (UPDATE) The log in page is only 1X0.4 mm which makes it useless. 4.0.4 update fixed the screen size issue.

Rating I can't stand how my phone only allows a log in when I have a 3G signal. And it has to be 4 bars. Always works on a 4G, or WiFi signal.
