de-list-cious is a simple and flexible tool that allows you to create any number of lists for anything you need to keep track of. And it's all stored in the cloud! You can then invite others to share your lists through the Groups option. Each member of the group has the ability to create, view, add to and delete lists within the group as well as list items. You can also make private lists that only you can see.
