This app helps readers organize their book collection. The app allows the users to add books by either scanning the barcode, manually or importing a list of books from CSV-formatted file. In addition, the users can organize their book collection by different genres or whether the books are purchased, borrowed or recommended. If the book is borrowed, the app can be configured to remind them as to when the book is due. You can also search for a book in your collection based on the title.
This is the full list of all the features:
- Maintain a list of books in your collection.
- Books can be added manually or by scanning ISBN bar code.
- Manage your own genre list (e.g: add genres).
- Each book record can indicate the genre, whether the book is recommended, borrowed or purchased.
- Book record can also indicate whether the book has been read.
- If the book is borrowed, the user can maintain a borrowing record and a reminder as to when the book is due.
- Maintain a lending record of the book.
- View the book list based on various criteria.
- Search for the book based on title or author.

[2013-07-24] A Google User: Good app, big problems This is a good app. Used to be better when the barcode scanner worked, now it crashes the app. Apparently this app is no longer being supported and fixed. Too bad... |

[2012-11-30] A Google User: Ok app I installed this app because it correctly saved more information than another app I had been using (author being the major field). I would love this more if I was able to scan multiple books instead of one at a time. Then I could scan all of a single genre, select that genre when finished scanning and save them all. I have nearly 300 books...one at a time will be painful. |

[2011-12-23] A Google User: Disappointing for a paid app Scans most hardbacks fine. Doesn't retrieve the ISBN number, gets the barcode number instead. Doesn't seem able to scan any paperbacks. Needs more export options. Currently only exports a CSV file, and it's not properly formatted. The whole app needs a little more work. |
