People complain about the price when there's a free version available. Duh. And until a program like this has been tested by an independent lab you can't tell if it's working or not.

inaccurate map by miles When checking location on the map, it is off by miles. My device is showing the correct location in google maps, and lookout mobile shows me dead on. Not helpful in finding a lost device (which I am prone to) if it is off by many city blocks!
