Record details of your vaccines, and have those details to hand when needed, either by referring to the app, or emailing a summary.
Losing your vaccination records will cost you time, money, and pain in the arm when you have vaccines repeated.
Vaccine Record also allows you to set reminder alerts, so your technology will remind them when vaccines need to be updated.
You can even store a photograph of your vaccine records and especially your yellow fever certificate in your device.
There is currently a paper-based International Vaccine Record that is carried by travellers world wide. This app is the digital version.
This app was developed by Dr Deb Mills, a Travel Medicine specialist for over 20 years.

Just what I've been looking for but leaving a feature Orr two I feel the only way to see all my records at the moment is to send an email. A page showing a list of all my vaccinations and their due dates would make this app excellent

Needs a cleanup Some pointers. Will give 5 stars if following are fixed. 1. When registering, it does not allow me to scroll to enter my DOB. The Enter key also does not move to the DOB field. 2. When registering, I get a blob when I selected the drop-down menu next to my name. 3. The date format for displaying the DOB should be as per user preferences, not MM/DD/YYYY 4. Grammar: Tetanus Diphtheria and Pertussis -- a space is needed after the first comma. It should also read Diptheria, Tetanus and Pertussis (as per the common DTP acronym). 5. Consistency: If the DPT has commas separating the vaccines, then MMR would also need to follow the same convention 6. Grammar: Tick Encephalitis should be renamed as "Tick-borne Encephalitis" 7. Grammar: Japanese Encephalitis > "Japanese B Encephalitis" 8. Chickenpox > Varicella 9. Papilloma virus > Human Papillomavirus Virus (note capitalisation) 10. Maybe split meningitis into Meningoccocal and Pneumococcal? 11. Grammar check for "How long vaccines last" page.

Needs some tweaks Nice app, but needs the following changes: 1) Don't require Clinic. Most of us are entering old data and we don't remember where the vax's were done. 2) If you accidentally enter a date into the Next Date field, you cannot erase it. This field should always be optional. 3) There should be a setting to OPTIONALLY turn on/off the phone alerts. I don't want the alert to automatically show up.

It Does what it says. Needs option to enter if you've had the actual disease instead of vaccine (e.g., with varicella). Needs option to install to SD.

Easy to use, simple and effective. Great if you often forget to carry your vaccine booklet.
