Stanceは正しい姿勢を習慣化する事をサポートするためのアプリケーションです。

<目的>
「姿勢の乱れは心の乱れ」などと言われるように、疲れているときはつい猫背気味になります。
また「元気がないポーズをして」と言われると前屈みのポーズを取りませんか？

意外なことに、人の状態を見る場合も姿勢から多くの情報を読み取っているそうです。
ならば姿勢が良くなれば色々な変化があるかもしれませんね。

しかし、パソコンなどを長時間やっていると、つい猫背になってしまいませんか？
無意識に猫背になるので、正しい姿勢を習慣化する事は大変です。

その習慣化を少しでもサポートしようと考えて作成したのがこのアプリです。

<使い方>
１、アプリケーションを開始して[スタート]ボタンを押すと5秒後(規定値)に筐体が振動し、この傾斜が基準位置となります。

２、前・後に傾くと筐体が振動してカウントが上がります。基準位置に戻ると振動が停止します。

<設定>
・位置確定までの時間(秒)
  スタートボタンを押して基準位置を確定するまでの時間(秒)です。
  規定値は5秒に設定されていますが、0-30秒まで設定できます。

・傾きを警告するまでの時間(秒)
  傾きが発生して実際に警告するまでの時間(秒)です。
　椅子から立ち上がったりする度に警告されないようにするための設定です。
  規定値は3秒に設定されていますが、0-30秒まで設定できます。
　
・前後の傾き感度
  筐体の前後の傾きの感度です。
  規定値は10に設定されていますが、0-30まで設定できます。

・カウントのクリア
　ボタンを押すとカウントがクリアされます。

<注意>
・設定を変更したり、異なる画面（電話・メールなど）に移動した場合には本体は停止します。
　再び戻って来た時に再スタートしてください。
　これは、電話中・メール中などに振動しないための処理です。

・メイン画面が表示されている状態で利用して下さい。
  画面の電源をOFF(サスペンド)した場合にはアプリケーションは停止します。
