Medical iRehab Ankle Sprain (v. 1.1)

This application was designed to facilitate recovery from an ankle sprain. This is a common injury that causes a stretch or tear of one or more ligaments around the ankle joint. The application provides an overview of this injury, including general information, assistance with pain control and a treatment approach.

Detailed information has been included on how to recover from this injury. Range of motion exercises, strengthening exercises and balance training exercises are provided. A video has been created describing each exercise in detail to help ensure proper form and technique. Over 25 different exercises have been included to help promote a full recovery. This application is not meant to be a substitute for an evaluation by a healthcare professional.

Randy Cohen ATC, DT, DPT
Dr. Randy Cohen is a licensed athletic trainer and licensed physical therapist. He has a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and a doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has over 20 years of college sports medicine experience. Dr. Cohen is currently the Associate Athletics Director for Medical Services at the University of Arizona.

David Millward, MD, MS
Dr. David Millward is a physician and practices medicine at the University of Arizona. He received his medical degree from the University of Ottawa, in Ottawa, Canada. He did his residency at the University of Arizona in Family Medicine and is board-certified by the Academy of Family Practitioners. In addition, he completed a fellowship in sports medicine at the University of Arizona. 

Dr. Millward specializes in primary care and sports medicine. He is an assistant team physician for the University of Arizona. He has a master’s degree in Epidemiology from Michigan State University and has several active research projects.

아침 저녘 등 시간을 내서 목 건강을 지키는 건강 목 스트레칭으로 나누어져있습니다.

스트레칭 기능
약 30여종 이상의 스트레칭이 있으며 스트레칭 화면에서 스트레칭 그림에 손을대고
옆으로 밀게되면 다음 스트레칭 그림이 나오게 됩니다.
또한 하단의 스피커 모양의 버튼을 누르면 자연음이 나오게 되며
자연음은 스트레스해소 긴장완화를 통하여 스트레칭 효과를 증진시킵니다.
그 옆에 종이 모양의 버튼을 누르게 되면 스트레칭에 대한 설명이 나옵니다.

MAD Droid is a Mobile Activity Diary for Children and Adolescents (MAD) on Android that measures the energy expenditure of each activity in METs.

Multiple users can be registered within the application and for each user multiple diary entries (days to recall) can be entered.

For each diary entry multiple events (activities) can be logged.

All diary entries for a user can be exported to a CSV file and stored on the SD card of the device.  

The Activity data is based on the MARCA activity compendium used in The Multimedia Activity Recall for Children and Adolescents (MARCA): development and evaluation by Ridley K, Olds TS, Hill A.
