[2012-01-23] James: First time Just used it in Lancaster And I'm very impressed. It even tracked me down soon little cycle paths. Great app. Would recommend to anyone who is taking up cycling. |
[2012-01-20] Sandro: OK app Interface is nice but the app doesn't auto pause. If it did I would use it again. |
[2012-01-20] Ben: Great app |
[2012-01-19] Ben: Poor accuracy. Great service. The GPS tracking is somehow very poor. It misses large chunks of my rides. I have no problems with endomondo or my tracks on the same phone on the same routes so I has to be something about android strava. I really want to use strava but can't while it claims my 18 mile rides were only 16. |
[2012-01-09] JC: Worked well for me. I like that it identifies climbs, but it doesn't highlight them very well in map view. Lack of terrain view for maps is a letdown. |
[2012-01-09] Tim: I gave it two tries... ... And I'm ready to give up. Technically there's nothing wrong with this app, it's just that I get more from Cardio Trainer. I'm a club rider, not a racer and where I live is totally flat so the competitive aspect of Strava is lost on me. |
[2012-01-08] droidekas: Impressive Impressive initial effort. Works well on the Nexus S. Even though the features at very minimal, what it does, it does well. Love that there is a pause button, unlike MyTracks. Looking forward to more. |
[2012-01-08] Jasper: The best! Tried some apps but this one is the winner, a lot of data on your mobile + even more on their website. They have pros on board, fun to compare. |
[2012-01-08] Priyadarshan: need more features android app does not have many features like list of achievements, etc. which the iphone version of this app has. |
[2012-01-07] Jeff: Crashes the phone Unable to track two rides. First one shut down the phone after 17 miles, second ride crashed at 11 miles. Galaxy Nexus |
[2012-01-05] Dan: Best cycling app out! Fun, social cycling app! |
[2012-01-02] Brent: Solid. Easy to use. Intuitive. Stable. Love it. |
[2012-01-01] Mark: M Anderson This app is very good. Records data for cycling, running and hiking and automatically loads to profile on website. Doesnt nail battery as all features are on website as well. Ive had no gps issues. Free as well! Excellent |
[2011-12-31] Nils: GPS tracking a joke. Pros: clean and polished Cons: can't accurately record a track to save its life. Absolutely abysmal recorded tracks. Going back to My Tracks now. |
[2011-12-26] Jason: Worked ok the first few times then would not find a gps signal. Gps is working with other apps. HTC desire s |
[2011-12-21] Derek: Works well a max speed would be nice |
[2011-12-20] Warren: Needs Signal When I lose a cell signal, which does happen in our area, using Strava will shut the phone off. |
[2011-12-19] Steve: Great app. So close... Hands down the website data and tools is the best of them all. Need the ability to see current speed and keep the screen on. |
[2011-12-19] Emily: Can't get this app to register a gps signal, when other similar apps can. No good for Android so far. Looking forward to an update! |
[2011-12-18] Shukri: strava good information. |
[2011-12-18] Astor: doesnt track at all. tried many times it just failed to connect to gps. while google map locks on in seconds. too bad. bye! |
[2011-12-10] Ahmad: Phenomenal Motivational Data Tool Keeps track of ride time as opposed to just the timer. Automatically Determines climbs and ranks your climbs against everyone else. Finds GPS quickly. |
[2011-12-08] Hamish: GPS problems Love the ultra simple design and functionality (most tracking apps include heaps of novelty crap) but it takes forever to get a GPS lock, if at all. |
[2011-12-06] Kevin: Amazing app. Great job. Amazing app for recording cycling rides. Great training tool. Thank you for your plan to update the Android app too. |

[2011-11-24] Intrinsic Value: Sucks so far. Prob phone issue. samsung galaxy s droid and it can't find gps signal to work w strava. Once got it to work and it recorded only 1st mile although time was counting. |

[2011-11-11] James: Only cycling app with great website Good app add HR monitor and would beat all comers |
[2011-11-11] Rick: Being able to create segments is excellent. You can compete against yourself every time you do that downhill run or that climb. |
[2011-11-10] info: never ride without it! I always ride with it! |
[2011-11-09] Dean: Wont connect to gps Besides, not connecting to the on the Galaxy S. I like the format, currently using endomondo. Love it but im happy to switch if Ican connect to GPS. |
[2011-11-04] Elinor: GPS signal won't work on LG Optimus. Disappointed. |
[2011-11-02] Thomas: Please, please put a Max speed on your app and think about calories burned option also would be nice and 5 stars |
[2011-10-28] ReNe: Simple to use app and great stat tracking I've used Runkeeper, Endomondo, iMapmyride, and My Tracks. Strava is by far my favorite. The website makes it all worthwhile. |

[2011-10-03] Paul: Won't connect with gps Never connects with my gps. Always asks to keep searching and try again. The one time it did work it worked good. But has never worked since |
[2011-09-28] Stephen: Have been using this app for a few days now and it works quite well. The app is pretty basic but the strava website is fantastic. |
[2011-09-27] arthur: awesome app easy to use and acurate it should b able to give tips on your ride or something similar to that |
[2011-09-25] Santiago: Good try track my ride free Good try track my ride free |

[2011-09-13] Michael: Strava feature rich Like the features - especially the comparisons on route. |
[2011-09-11] James: Basic The best I can say is that its easy to use. There are much better apps for free. |
[2011-09-10] Jon: Strava rocks Instant uploads instant stats super easy to use!!! |
[2011-09-06] Peter: Does what it says. No issues with GPS signal on HTC incredible. Almost 30 rides with 100% success. Needs a resume ride feature and heart rate sync wou |
[2011-09-05] Ed: Ok no live map, few live stats. no options. awesome website, I think next app version will be improved with web site integration. |
[2011-09-04] Bernard: Irritating nanny nag screen on startup that can't be disabled. 'Premium service' overpriced. Can't export tracks. There're better services avail 4 fre |
[2011-08-29] Tyler: GPS? Looks like a common problem of Strava not finding a GPS signal. It's more hassle trying to get a signal. |
[2011-08-26] pizzabwoy: Sports |
[2011-08-25] Fraize: Get My Tracks instead The pay model doesn't really work for any serious rider. Besides, My Tracks does a great job, and it's totally free. |
[2011-08-19] the 8/19/2011 Awesome. As fast as while riding, not so great. Three basic happens after you upload. |
[2011-08-10] cwiss: Unreliable Unreliable. It either will not find a signal or the signal will drop during your ride. Other GPS tracking apps don't suffer from this problem. |
[2011-08-08] Richard: The app is great, I also have some difficulty with it getting a good gps signal, but once it does it tracks well and elevation is great for free app |
[2011-08-05] Steven: This app is wonderful & way to easy use. MyTouch 4g. |
[2011-08-04] Edgar: Foreclose on epic with 2.3 gingerbread |
[2011-08-04] IAN: Only gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it zero. Totally CANNOT find a gps signal even though my other tracking aps can. Useless!!!!! |
[2011-08-04] Mike: No resume track feature yet If you are a cyclist, there is nothing out there that even comes close to what Strava.com is doing. Strava the android app though... still needs to catch up. This could be the best gps tracking combo on the market. However, with no option to resume your track when your battery needs to be swapped (which nearly every ride over 5 hours requires) all the best intentions are meaning less. Until they add this feature, stick with SportsTrackPro. |
[2011-08-01] Bartek: Works well. |
[2011-07-31] racerfern: Strava Rocks A neat and simple solution for people that like plug and play. Run the app, do your ride and end the app. That's it, automatic upload and done. |
[2011-07-29] Correy: The app can never find my location using gps. I switched to endomondo & have had no problems. Sorry strava! |
[2011-07-26] redyn: Very good app for cycling I like that tells you the height of the mountains you can track time ,speed and more, challenge strava users on you're area |
[2011-07-21] Dennis: Needs to be able to move to SD. Otherwise great. Would like to are a Max speed field in future update. Nexus1 |
[2011-07-20] Patrick: Great Start I love this app however it has a major bug and that is the GPS being aquired. I have learned that rebooting my phone before I start will get the GPS |
[2011-07-19] Todd: Program never finds gps signal eventhough it works just fine. Totally useless without it. Droid thunderbolt. |
[2011-07-18] leo: Pretty impressive! Free garmin basically |
[2011-07-15] JM: Uninstalled... strict terms and conditions at start of app. They want your information accurate to flood you with ads, AND they want you to pay 2 use? |
[2011-07-13] pmorrsn: Works on g2x. Gives summary of ride with elevation change. |
[2011-07-12] Andrea: Much more accurate than iMapMyRide! |
[2011-07-10] Jared: Works great |
[2011-07-10] george: Never worked on my vibrant samsung could not find reliable GPS error...had to uninstall!:( |
[2011-07-07] s18022: Great App Its a great app no bells or whistles, but it does exactly what it should, and nothing more, easy to use, would like a few things like live speedometer and stats, and lockscreen widget, but it works fine. |
[2011-07-07] keyur: Amazing, superb. I had tried for first time and work perfect. |
[2011-07-06] eduardo's gmail: Perfect for what I need It has all what I could ask for, distance, location, speed & most important gradient! Highly recommend. |
[2011-07-03] Steve: Love this app. Its great for the serious cyclists or just for fun. You don't even need a $50 odometer, just this app. I love the Google maps part too |
[2011-07-03] the 7/4/2011 Can't use it without creating an account |
[2011-07-02] Alan: It can't be closed on my android , works well that apart |
[2011-06-30] ultramega: Nice lightweight design. Unfortunately, I'm experiencing repeated mid-ride hiccups that cause the app to crash and my Nexus One to reboot. |
[2011-06-30] Dano: Easy to use. uploads quickly, and keeps track of my rides. Great app. |
[2011-06-29] Mitch Machiela: Great, simple to use app! |
