"Spartacus: Blood and Sand" official workout, as seen in Mens Health magazine! This workout has proven to be extremely effective, and is very popular on youtube.
The only problem is that you have to time all the exercises and breaks, that is why I made this app!
Link to video explanation of all the exercises can be found in the about section for each workout.
My suggestion is to first try version 1.0 on 30 sec mode, if you can do that fine, go 1 min mode next time. And then try to switch between version 1.0 and 2.0 every couple of times. One week on 1.0, then one week on 2.0 etc.
1.0 is more cardio based than 2.0, which is more strength based. Both will kick your ass though :P
Features:

- The timer will take you through the whole workout! You don't have to press start for each exercise.
- Either a 1 min or 30 sec version of the workout (in 1.0)
- BIG timer, making it easier to spot time left.
- Sound alerting you of when it's time for break.
- Vocal countdown from 3 seconds left.
- Ability to pause or cancel the workout at any time.
- Information telling you which excercise you're currently on, and which one is next.
