Repper is a fitness app for estimating your 1-15 rep max on your lifts in the gym.
For example, you might have a workout that requires you to know your 5 rep max on the bench press, but you you only know that you can lift 275 for 1 rep. Using Repper you can get a very close approximation based on estimation methods developed by fitness specialists. Just punch in 275 for the weight and 1 for your reps and Repper will return your 2-15 rep weight estimations.

[2011-04-01] Terrence: Based on weight done in a set of 7 reps (failed on #8) the calc returned weight for 1rm 20lbs lower than I have done for 5 reps previously. Way off. |

[2011-03-01] FlexNow: Get's the job done... While this application is rudimentary, it clearly solves a common problem with understanding repetitions in lifting. Although it requires Adobe AIR, you only have to install it once and from that point forward, all other AIR applications will share the AIR. |
