Random Act of Fitness provides some fun when training with an exercise spinner giving random results and a couple of fitness and training challenges to keep you, you family, your sporting team, your training group or your clients motivated to beat previous times or just beat everyone else.
Firstly, you have the freedom and flexibility to input your personal list of names of individuals competing in the challenges and the freedom to input your own exercises. You will have the ability to modify and delete names and exercises at any time. So, lets have some fun.
We have the RANDOM SPINNER.
With a flick of the finger the Random Spinner flicks up an Exercise and a Rep to complete. Another flick and another Exercise and Rep. SIMPLE!.
Here is the detail:Pick as many exercises as you want (from the list you have set up), the more the better. Then pick a range of reps you are comfortable with and away you go. This is a great fun training tool for pairs with mate vs mate or for a personal trainer who wants to give a client a bit of a random variety workout. The great thing here is you can choose exercises from the multiple areas or the same area of the body i.e. If you want to work on a clients legs pick 10 leg based exercises and the spinner will spin them at random.
We have the CARD CHALLENGE.
Theres a deck of 40 cards with the card number representing the reps and the suit representing the exercise. Therefore its a four exercises challenge and you need to get through the deck of 40 cards (reps) in your best time.
Here is the detail:Pick the name of the competitor and then pick 4 exercises. Then you are ready to go, start the timer and flip the card. A card number (rep) and exercise appears... go for it and flip for the next card and exercise. Get through the 40 stop the watch and save your result!
This is a great fun training tool for individuals or pairs or for a personal trainer who wants to give a client a bit of a weekly challenge.
We have the TIME CHALLENGE.
The challenge is pick one exercise and do as many as you can in the countdown time selected.
Here is the detail:Pick the name of the competitor and then pick 1 exercise. Then pick a countdown time and you are ready to go. Start the timer and go for it!. Get through as many as you can before the countdown timer beeps. Type in teh reps completed and save your result!
This is a great fun training tool for individuals or to challenge mates. Also great for a personal trainer who wants to keep tack of their clients strength and improvement levels.

We have the SETUP area.
As previously mentioned you have the capability to setup, modify and delete your own Names Lists and Exercise Lists. When navigating to "Setup Name/Client" for example, you will have a area input a new name, do this and press add. Teh name will show in the list below. To modify or delete a name just select the name and it appears in the edit box, either click in the box to edit or click the delete button the remove the name. The "Setup Exercises" area works in teh same way.
