Pull-up is program designed to help you improve your upperbody strength and the amount of pull-ups you can do.
Pull up is like a free personal trainer that helps you to get into better shape.
Pullup has 6 different difficulty levels from beginner to more advanced trainer. After you have completed one difficulty you should be strong enough to move to the next one. After completing the hardest difficulty you should be able to do over 20 pull-ups .
Pullups are one of the greatest upperbody exercises you can do at home with only pull-up bar required. Pull-up is one of the exercises that is used in fitness tests.

[2012-03-14] pilat: how much break between exersizes? I've started with Level 2, and I have the following problem: Day #1: almost done the exercise (1 or 2 pulls were incomplete). But considered to repeat it to make sure. The next day: done only around 3/2 of the same exercise as the day before! Note: there is no such problem with push-ups and squats. Here I can do more and more each next day. So, maybe I should take longer breaks (in days) specifically for pull-ups? Could not find this info inthe Instructions. |
