About Jeff Anderson
Sick of looking at his unchanged 6'2", 142 lb. body year after year and trying unsuccessfully to build muscle through every bodybuilding program he could get his worn out weight gloves on, Jeff Anderson decided to take matters into his own hands!

Driven to finally cheat his genetic limitations, Jeff poured over every scrap of calculated results and notes he'd religiously kept from every program he'd ever used to determine the missing elements of building muscle.

Armed with a notebook, pencil, headphones and weightbelt, Jeff earned the nickname "Muscle Nerd" from his fellow gym rats as he would furiously keep detailed notes at the gym of what was working and what was a waste of time.

This is free version of Warm-up Calculator for weight training, version 0.5

Warm-up in any weight or resistance training (like powerlifting or bodybuilding) is very important to prevent injuries and reach high results.

This calculator displays weight for every warm-up set basing on Paul Delia's method. Just enter your own weight, target load (weight of working set), empty barbell weight (or zero if you're using something else, like gum machine) and see weight for each set and plate's weight for each side of barbell, if necessary. Units (pounds or kilograms) don't meter, as calculation based on percents of load weight.

There are four kinds of calculations - for squats, parallel bar dips, pull ups and any other exercise. Difference is that in first three exercises your weight (fully in bar dips and pull ups or partially in squats) is added to load weight. So to calculate weights for any of those three check appropriate check box, or uncheck them for any other exercise. For bar dips you can see "Press up" instead of weight, it means you actually should use weight that less than yours, so perform press ups, but not bar dips. Zero weight means "only your body, no weights". When you see several sets with "press up" or zero weights you can choose skip some of them.

After every set click on appropriate check box to view progress of warm-up. Press "Menu" button on device and choose "Help" to see this text.

In any case be careful, and remember - author of the program isn't responsible for any damage caused by its using.

ICE - In Case of Emergency.
Application that may save your life!
It is a convenient place to store your personal information needed by the rescue team, such as: name, blood type, alergies.
It allows you also to define which people from contacts to notify when necessity occurs. No need to create separate ones in your address book!
Just put the widget in the visible place on your android desktop. Data which widget presents are read only.
To edit the data run application from menu or via shortcut.
If you are worried someone could change your data, you can set the password protection on, in settings section.
There is no default password. If you turn the protection on and will not change the password afterwards, you enter the edition leaving the prompt blank.
