Drink Water is a very simple widget that allows you to control the amount of glasses of water you drink each day.

I'll be adding some new features really soon.

When you tap the widget you get two plus and minus buttons, one to increase the number of glasses and one to decrease.

You can use this widget in two ways:
1. just to press plus every time you drink a glass of water;
2. set your target glasses in the morning using the plus button, and every time you drink one, you press minus do decrease, so you know how many glasses you still need to drink to achieve your goal for the day.

The next feature will be notifications, so that the phone reminds you to drink water (really useful for me).

La meditación trascendental (Maharishi) es una técnica milenaria de meditación que consta de 2 meditaciones diarias de 15 a 20 minutos. Luego de finalizar con su meditación la mente necesita entre un minuto y medio y dos minutos para volver nuevamente a la actividad. A este tiempo lo llamo la "Desmeditación"

El Desmeditador es una aplicación muy simple que permite realizar una sesión de meditación de 20 o 15 minutos.

La aplicación permanecerá en silencio junto con usted (silenciando todos los sonidos de su teléfono) durante su sesión de meditación. Al transcurrir este tiempo se emitirá una suave alarma. Es el momento de dejar de meditar.

La aplicación continuará en silencio hasta pasado el tiempo de "Desmeditación" (de un minuto y medio a dos minutos), momento en el cual, abre los ojos para continuar con su actividad.

Además, la aplicación puede ser adaptada para realizar meditaciones al aire libre. En este caso las alarmas, además de ser sonoras, también son vibratorias.
