１.日付毎の運動実績の記録
　下記項目の実績を保存可能。　
　①筋トレ種別(FREE版は１種のみ)
　②セット数
　③回数
　④消費カロリー(自動計算)

２.日付毎の身体情報履歴の記録
　①体重
　②体脂肪率
　③ＢＭＩ(自動計算：要身長設定)
　④骨格筋率
　⑤摂取カロリー
　⑥消費カロリー(筋トレ実績から自動計算)

３.筋トレ種別設定(FREE版は１種のみ)
　①種別名
　②単位
　③消費カロリー(１単位あたり)※

  ※初期設定では体重60kg時の腹筋
　　一回あたりの消費量を設定してあります

４.指定実績値をカレンダへ表示
　身体情報履歴の項目から選択。
　２項目をそれぞれ指定可能。

５.プライバシーモード
　設定することで起動時にパスワード認証

■画面ごとの操作補足

１．メイン画面：運動履歴
　カレンダーは上部左右ボタンの他に
　年月をタップすると年月指定、
　日付を左右上下にフリックすると
　前月や翌月にカレンダーが移動します。

２．メイン画面：ＢＧＭ
　リスト下の曲名をタップすると
　再生中の曲が上から２番目あたりに
　来るようにリストがスクロールします

３．日付毎の履歴一覧

　・画面上部左右のボタンの他に
　　日付タップで日付指定が出来ます

　・各項目タップで内容の
　　表示／非表示を切り替えます

　・[+]ボタンでトレーニング実績を
　　追加します。

　・実績の削除はリストのトレーニング実績を
　　ロングタップするとメニューが開くので
　　そこから削除して下さい

　・本体のメニューボタンを押すと
　　専用メニューが開き、
　　そこから身体情報の表示ロックが可能
　　解除時にはパスワード入力が必要です。
　
４．トレーニング実績入力

　セット数は自動でカウントされます。

５．各種実績グラフ表示

　グラフを表示した際に現れる上部の
　[<<]と[>>]のボタンで表示する期間を
　移動させる事が出来ます。


６．設定画面

・身長
　設定している場合、日々の体重入力時に
　BMIが自動計算されます。

・運動実績マーク表示
　ONになっている時、カレンダーの
　運動実績がある日付の横に★マークが
　表示されます。
　
・カレンダ表示項目①、②
　カレンダーの日付部に表示したい項目を
　指定して下さい。

■設定が保存出来ない方へ

GALAXY S等のSamsung製機種には
OS側の不具合として
設定が保存出来ないバグが
確認されています。
