[2012-10-03] phil: Just what i was looking for.Easy to follow and simple to use |
[2012-09-23] Karl: Sweaty!!! I don't remember the last time I sweat so much or had such a brilliant workout! Excellent app!!! |
[2012-09-05] Danny: Update please! Used to be My favorite Android Yoga app. Development has stalled. Last updated ... March 2011. |
[2012-08-24] imshikha: The difference is visible Installed this yoga in Jan, and am still at beginner level. :-) But, doing this yoga regularly and finally the compliments of positive changes are coming in. Thnks to the devs for making this wonderful app. |
[2012-07-31] Jennifer: Great app I loved it. The voice overs were good , nit too detailed in the transitions. And the pics are nice for when you cant remember what a pose is called, just peek over at the screen |
[2012-07-30] Julien: Perfect Exactly what I was looking for. I have tried many yoga apps. This one is the best. |
[2012-07-15] amanda: its so so.... This is the first yoga app I've downloaded so I don't know how it compares to others but I didn't find it challenging enough. To me it was the same sequences over and over again.... a little over kill. I have done each of the three classes (mountain, desert, and ocean) at the advance level (and I certainly am not advanced) and 60 minute session and they seem too similar with the only difference being the one advanced move about 45 - 50 minutes into it. I will keep searching for an app that challenges me a little more and gives me more variety. |
[2012-06-29] Jennifer: user friendly Love this app. easy to use and has options for the length of session, type of session and intensity. |
[2012-06-17] Chris: Good but... Even at the beginner level I feel like I'm being rushed through each of the routines |
[2012-05-29] Jennifer: Good enough For the money, I do believe you get what you pay for. Similar to a yoga class, fraction of the price. |
[2012-05-27] Dame: Exactly what I wanted! I have tried several other yoga apps, but they can't stream because it's full video. I just need audio, and these truncated pose cues. PERFECT! |
[2012-05-20] agnivesh: Agnivesh Excellent app. |
[2012-05-15] RacyLaserJet: I Love it! Great way to Yoga at home. I'm picking Yoga back up and didn't want to go to a studio, use DVD's, use web content. This app fit the bill perfectly. Things I love: *Customer support: I sent an email about partial workouts being stored in history. Email was not canned but a response by a real and knowledgable person. *Pose List and Dictionary *The Music *Variable workout times *Variable experience levels As soon as it includes building your own workout it gets another star. |
[2012-05-14] mel-shaka: love it!! Loooove it! :-D ~droid x~ adding to my comment : MONTHS LATER AND IM STILL LOVEING AND USEING THIS APP!! been a yr now, and i look n feel great :-) |
[2012-05-07] elizabeth: Please Add more routines, I love thus app but would like a little more variety. |
[2012-05-05] Heather: Love it. Please release Practice Builder for Android Please release Practice Builder for Android! |
[2012-04-18] Michelle: Best yoga app I have tried many yoga apps and this is a great one, easy to follow and good variety...I practice every morning now...thanks for your great work |
[2012-04-16] Hiedi: Great |
[2012-04-15] Valeria: Excellent!!! Perfect for a yogi who cant make it to class!!! |
[2012-04-13] Kelly: Not worth the money I thought u could select your own routines :( |
[2012-03-25] AndrewMcG: Handy and fun Leads you through a good yoga routine, clearly and at a good pace. Ideal for when you travel. |
[2012-03-02] Darek: Great app for yoga in the go I use this app all the time when I can't make to class |
[2012-02-29] Laura: Mhmm Get fit! |
[2012-02-28] Patty: Beginner and seems to fast. When u hit beginner would of expected beginner moves and pace but the reps seem fast and some moves are a little hard specially if just starting out. |
[2012-02-20] Manon: Nice Love it ... Like my personal yoga trainer |
[2012-02-16] Ann: Yogaerobics! As others have said, the vinyasas are much too fast. Sadly, it is soooo close, just remove a couple vinyasa rounds and adjust time accordingly, and it would be on its way to an indispensable app. I would also suggest a greater variety of holding poses per session. As it stands, it is unusable. |
[2012-01-23] Lane: Awesome and convenient! Want more workouts soon!! |
[2012-01-23] jonty: Pocket Yoga is brilliant I suffer from lower back pain due to no exercise, and long hours in front of a computer. This app works wonderfully well reducing my backpain. I like the graphics actually easier to follow than videos in other apps, and I also like the fact that this app works well without needing to connect to the internet. |
[2012-01-14] Caroline: Excellent for $3 Even if you only get 2 or 3 uses out of this it is FAR cheaper than even one class at a studio. It is a bit repetitive but if you are focusing on your breathing you can really relax while you are sweating and moving, which is really the goal anyway! It does require that you already know basic yoga poses as it calls them by name and does not give detailed instructions for getting in to and out of each pose. |
[2012-01-05] Cameron: Good range of levels for serious yogis For those people who have done some yoga before, this app is fantastic. Expert level workouts are just that with challenging postures at a good pace. A real workout. |
[2012-01-03] Juice: Great, but a bit too easy even on difficult levels. |
[2011-12-30] Joanna: As good as a live class! Great app just like being in a class. Prompts are a little fast but easy to follow. |
[2011-11-22] Julien S: middle you need to know all the poses with a yoga teacher, otherwise this is too difficult. it goes too fast. speed can not be adjusted. longer session are just repeating more time the same poses instead of doing more poses. |
[2011-10-27] Danniel: Love this app, though I would really like to be able to run it with the screen off so I could just listen to the instructions with headphones |
[2011-08-18] alicia: Recommend to everyone I looove this app! |
[2011-08-16] felixpixie: Great for daily yoga Not as though one is at a studio, with instructor feedback, but great if you've done yoga before and lack travelling time or $ to continue frequently |
[2011-08-13] GA VI Listserv: Fantastically great! |
[2011-08-04] David: High quality app Took it on a trip overseas recently and it was extremely handy. Has a variety of routines of different lengths, with really helpful illustrations and voiceover, and soothing music that subtly changes depending on whether you're in a warmup, active, or warmdown section of the routine! Also has a more indepth library of poses that explain a little about each pose. I haven't tried intermediate or advanced, because the 30 min beginner ones were enough to make me soak in sweat :D |
[2011-07-20] Amanda: Paid and downloaded and it didn't work |
[2011-07-16] suzy: Love it! Awesome when traveling and you need more than a hotel workout room. Great instruction. Great video |
[2011-07-13] Jamie: Great app. Just finished my first session, and I look forward to more tomorrow! |
[2011-07-12] Marianowsky: Great app! Just wish I could change the tempo on the routines (some are too fast for me) |
[2011-07-06] Nikki: It is pretty repetitive & could really stand more variety, especially in the hour long sessions. |
[2011-06-29] Martine: A great way to keep up with my practice when on the road. Good music, good flow, slow enough for beginners and great clues for breathing. |
[2011-06-23] n: Overall, a great app. A bit repetitive. I would really like a 15 min workout option. Not for beginners. |
[2011-06-22] Jerry: I would have expected something I paid for to be better at teaching. Confusing for yoga newbies. |
[2011-06-02] Donna : Amazing! Best yoga app available. Worth every cent. Absolutely recommend. Mountain scene is perfect for beginners. |
[2011-05-30] superdudez: Great app, I wish there was an option for a 15 minute interval. |
[2011-05-11] alina: Not workin... |
[2011-05-11] Miranda: I really like this app. There are three different ppractices and three levels for each, with choice of duration. Its not for beginners |
[2011-04-26] Gemma: Too fast and too repetitive |
[2011-04-26] Ryan: Crazy fast! I can't even get into one pose before it moves on to the next. Also it seems to go through the same poses over and over. |
[2011-04-10] Sarah: Much too fast, even on beginner. Value4money if u like2cram poses into ur practise,I however prefer less poses, but having time to perfect each one |
[2011-04-08] Lorri: Great app....love it!!! It is fast - get to know poses before doing practice if you are new to yoga. |
[2011-04-07] musti: Too fast, little time between the poses pls add speed option & different voice option |
[2011-04-06] metsha: Love it!!!!! |
[2011-04-03] Mohit Khanna: Very useful. Requires you to have some previous experience with yoga. You can stop it and learn the pose shown and then do it at your pace. Love it. |
[2011-03-31] Gil: Gteat!! I love this app. Super handy! Thank you very much |
[2011-03-21] Iain: Great app! Could do with more sequences Orr the ability to set up your own sequence. But still fantastic. |
[2011-03-18] Brian: The voice is annoying and their aren't many variations...too fast to really relax and unwind.. more of an intense workout |
[2011-03-17] mae: Would love if I could build my own sequence of poses so that the practices vary. Please take out the audible breaths in ocean practice. It's creepy! |
[2011-03-15] Heather: Love this. Its a little fast for beginners. But if your familiar with the basic poses its awesome. |
[2011-03-14] Brian: Great app, worth the money. Recommended. The voice instructions are superb. Left me a bit strained but very relaxed! |
[2011-03-11] Mindflux: Great yoga routines. I'm a beginner and it is easy to follow. Excellent job updating the app to fix problems. |
[2011-03-11] Joshua: Great when on a break from work or when you don't have cash for a class. |
[2011-03-08] Anna: Too few poses - not even eagle , hero, and dancer - those common poses. |
[2011-03-07] Lars Øyvind: Excellent yoga training sessions, easily replaces classes! Best app of it's kind at this time! |
[2011-03-07] Autumn: I was able to install this app, but am no longer able to update. My phone says "not enough space to install." Uses 20+ MB of space?! -HTC Incredible |
[2011-03-07] Mindflux: I was loving this app but it crashes at about 5 minutes into the routine every time. Fix it please. |
[2011-03-04] Valeria: Perfect for a yogi!! |
[2011-03-03] Jemila: I like this app. It is very useful but it needs some bugs to be tweeked out. Sometimes it stops in the middle of a routine. Samsung Moment |
[2011-03-03] Anna: Too few poses |
[2011-02-28] Hirut_SonneDore: I have this app on my iPhone and love it. On my Droid the sound drops out or is not in sync. Also it crashes after 20 min. |
[2011-02-28] Hirut: I have this app on my iPhone and love it. On my Droid the sound drops out or is not in sync. Also it crashes after 20 min. |
[2011-02-27] cass_m: Nice to have variety of yoga routines on the go but no substitute for classes to learn basics. Works great on my galaxy tab. |
[2011-02-27] Cass: Nice to have variety of yoga routines on the go but no substitute for classes to learn basics. Works great on my galaxy tab. |
[2011-02-26] Tim: Thanks for a2sd! |
[2011-02-26] lina: Moves way too fast for beginners. Not all poses are described and many that are aren't descriptive enough. FC near end of 1st exercise. N1. |
[2011-02-23] kathryn: It forces closed. Could not get through 60min workout. Update: I sent complaint and they gave my money back. Do not hesitate try it. HTC Incredible |
[2011-02-22] phillip: Overall a good app. Had a force close at the end of a session. And a couple of missed directions. Sounds and works great otherwise. |
[2011-02-20] Trépidant: Looove it. Great for travel. |
[2011-02-20] laura: Looove it. Great for travel. |
[2011-02-20] Amanda: Totally worth the 2.99. Of course like any new exercise you have to get use to it. |
[2011-02-18] Lars Øyvind: Excellent yoga training sessions, easily replaces classes! Only 4 stars due to some bugs/fc's (not severe). Best app of it's kind at this time! |
[2011-02-17] Mandy: I don't think I was doing yoga the right way before I got this app. I never spend money on apps but this one was definitely worth it. |
[2011-02-17] Heather: does move to SD work for HTC Eris? I'm having issues moving this app... |
[2011-02-17] mandy: I don't think I was doing yoga the right way before I got this app. I never spend money on apps but this one was definitely worth it. |
[2011-02-16] HuskeyG: It's great! It looks good and has pre-made routines which I like. The only thing that could be improved is the voice instructions. |
[2011-02-16] SoirEkim: Interesting. |
[2011-02-15] Nicholle: Oops. Pls disregard prior comment. Just takes several minutes to download. Works great! |
[2011-02-14] ZebFut: Good foundation... I like the interface, good simple display of postures, however: - It does move at a pretty fast clip. For those that are beginners, and those that like to take their time with postures, it's just too much. - Illustrations are lovely, but hard to tell feet together/apart. - Would love a way to actually create a "playlist" of poses. That way some of us could create a series that mimicks the series we may do at our local yoga studio. Some extra postures might be needed in the library too. |
[2011-02-13] Chou: This is a gr8 app. The only things 2 improve? Different viewing angles & more detailed positioning. Love it! |
[2011-02-12] deb: Great app! |
[2011-02-09] Corcyra: Love this app!! Thank you for SD option! |
[2011-02-09] Jen: Love this app!! Thank you for SD option! |
[2011-02-08] Oz: As promised ... you build in the move to SD, I rate it 5*s. Thanks a million. Love the app! Glad I can finally keep it on my phone!!! |
[2011-02-06] Erin Balassone: Excellent! |
[2011-02-06] Erin: Excellent! |
[2011-02-05] Lorraine: It is very well produced but the beginners programs are too fast to keep up with unless you have done yoga before. |
[2011-02-05] anthony: Can't download on samsung galaxy. Pretty gutted |
