Play is short for Practical Layman and here, TeamGX has designed a Practical Layman Calorie Counter – hence the name. The app is very easy to use, no fuss or numbers at all. Don’t know what a calorie is? No problem. Play takes care of it for you. Try it out on Android Market.
The app uses the Harris-Benedict formula to calculate your total daily energy expenditure and calculates the calories burned in exercise taking to consideration the metabolic equivalents of the exercise, your weight and duration spent on it.
