Multi Reps (v. 2.6.3) Разработано Androiders |
Would you like to be able to perform hundred pushups, two hundred sit-ups or something else?
This is the all-in-one app helping you reach your individual goal of consecutive repetition for any exercise.
You set your own goal and an automated workout schedule generator will create a workout program designed for your individual goal, based on your current level of fitness. Keep in mind that it is more difficult for a fit person to improve his/her physical capacity further compared to a beginner. So the more fit you tell the app that you are, the longer the generated schedule will be.
** There is also the possibility to enter your own custom workout schedules. **
✔ Supports ten different, fully customizable exercises. ( push-ups, situps, dips, squats, pull-ups and five generic )
✔ A timer to manage the rest time between each set.
✔ Beeps when there are a few seconds left to the next set.
✔ Progress for each exercise is saved in the diary.
✔ Workout reminders which post notifications can be set.
✔ Facebook integration.
✔ Automatic backup to Google cloud on Android 2.2 and later.

[2013-01-20] A Google User: Cool app This is a really cool app, especially for people who dont go to the gym. Even cooler if it constantly upgraded the plan from the previous max reps. |
[2013-01-13] A Google User: Simple and effective Works. It's simple and does the job. Would love support for function to switch exercise while resting between sets. |
[2012-10-31] A Google User: The best! This is absolutely the best app in its genre, 'nuff said. |
[2012-10-20] A Google User: Great app I started out doing a measly 10 pushups as my max. After only 3 sessions my max is 15. |
[2012-10-20] A Google User: I like the calculator but if you can't complete a workout it should have you repeat it and or take more days off |
[2012-10-11] A Google User: Nice Very good some little flaws but worth the money |
[2012-09-28] A Google User: Lazy me go! Wow convinced a lazy person to do exercises! |
[2012-09-19] A Google User: Pretty great so far Minor gripe: overwrites results when I don't successfully complete sets for the day and want to try again. Would be nice to keep track of progress even when failing. |
[2012-09-12] A Google User: Great app Nothing like hitting that done button. Love it. |
[2012-08-26] A Google User: Multi Rep Awesome |
[2012-08-17] A Google User: Use this almost every day. Should be able to tell me what goal I set. I suppose% could have written them down, but the app should do it |
[2012-08-09] A Google User: exactly what I needed |
[2012-07-10] A Google User: 10 set limit sux though |
[2012-06-21] A Google User: Great Needs explanations on setting up. Apart from that its brilliant |
[2012-06-14] A Google User: Great motivator & guide Only thing I'd like to see is a way to set a length (weeks) while still using the algorithm to generate the reps. |
[2012-05-28] A Google User: I use it all the time, it works really well! Motorola i1 |
[2012-04-18] A Google User: Great |
[2012-04-16] A Google User: Ok but progression is prettyhardcôre App: awesome! SImple, clean, small. Tip: set your fitness level higher! The difficulty curve is quite steep on levels one and two. Better to overate your fitness with this app! |
[2012-04-14] A Google User: Great app. |
[2012-03-25] A Google User: Best value! Of all the apps I have purchased, this one is hands down best value. |
[2012-03-08] A Google User: This app is great for Military PFT Training. Helps with endurance training as well For SF training. |
[2012-03-03] A Google User: Great app If u want to get into a pattern this app is worth it. |
[2012-02-28] A Google User: Very interesting Accurate, flexible, amazing. It creates plans and provide the means to follow it, to check and to evacuate progresses. |
[2012-02-23] A Google User: Really good. Didn't get 5stars because the generator is lil too ambitious. But it definitely helps keep u doing the exercises because of diary n records etc. Fab :) |
[2012-02-07] A Google User: Perfect fit app for a perfect fit. Just perfect. Interface is really mobile and robust. Good balance between simplicity of "one exercise app" and "workout monster". All exercises on one screen - it's neat. Ten? Perfect. I'm not bodybuilder, I just want to work out a little at home. All in all, it's worth a money. Small apps like this is what makes Android great for me. |
[2012-01-23] A Google User: Good app, well designed and simple Woud love an option to disable some of the excercise types from the front page (I don't even care if the graphics still look "messy" with buttons in random positions) but think it would be a good option. Otherwise this is worth it. My first app purchase over 10c (the big google deal a month or so back) I thought about it and I regularly tip 3$ for a 7$ meal so why would I be stingy over 1/3 of that? Try it, good stuff. |
[2012-01-19] A Google User: Great app!!!...i feel great results in just the first week, i do 5 sets of 25 every day...for 10 weeks, will definitely get u ripped |
[2012-01-17] A Google User: Awesome This has helped me inprove in the first week. Awesome app |
[2012-01-16] A Google User: But! Excellent app. Simple and beautiful. But I think, there is lack of calendar integration. Please add such a function. |
[2012-01-16] A Google User: Update Countdown still not working on my Motorola Defy...but it is still a great app. Got to be quick, my next set has just started..... |
[2012-01-15] A Google User: Pretty realistic goals. Pushes hard without killing you. I've seen improvements in just two weeks. |
[2012-01-13] A Google User: Awesome Looks like similar ui as the iphones hundred pushups best app ever just don't slack off. |
[2011-12-30] A Google User: Great app. Needs a way to note weight for exercises. |
[2011-12-12] A Google User: has promise, but still not complete Does not adjust pushup program according to my progress, altough promises to do it. Every time suggested workout load increases even when you didn't complete it last time. If trying to manually repeat last day's program, overwrites my last results in diary :( |
[2011-12-07] A Google User: Great app! Really like the interface and it works well. Great custom workout feature! |
[2011-12-05] A Google User: It would be nice if you had easier setup of what you wanted to do for a workout. Such as, "copy previous day". |
[2011-11-15] A Google User: Great app Works great, is great. Wish you had more flexibility when automatically generating multi-week programs. Manual setup for multi week programs is a pain |
[2011-11-06] A Google User: I like it For those of us who don't live at the gym, but want to be just a little more fit. I also like how you can add your own exercises. |
[2011-10-28] A Google User: Really good work out schedule Good schedule. I can't feel my arms |
[2011-10-28] A Google User: Good but could be better Contains a number of different exercises, however, there is no way of creating a routine using them all - you have to set up each one individually |
[2011-10-27] A Google User: Love this app |
[2011-10-23] A Google User: Difficult if u miss a day Would get maximum stars if the reminders were better with calendar integration. You have to stick at it to stay up to your level. |
[2011-10-21] A Google User: Works great Intuitive great app but you have to put in the work! |
[2011-10-15] A Google User: Nice app Love that this app is all in one rather than having a separate app for each exercise |
[2011-10-03] A Google User: Multi Reps This truely works if you work at it I gain 15 pounds of muscle in 2mo™ |
[2011-09-19] A Google User: . Very good. Keeps getting better. Dev is very responsive! |
[2011-08-31] A Google User: Love the app. Requires: show # reps set as goal, and google sync. A + would be to have the ability to customize icons of excercise. Author is diligent |
[2011-08-30] A Google User: Great starter app for who wanna get in shape I purchased JEFIT Pro and I really love it, However I need to track(and improve) push ups and sit ups since I'm military personal in combat arms. This app is my choice. I like the fact that I can set up my goal more than 100 push ups. Also it generate workout plan based on your capability and goal. It works well with my Galaxy tab 10.1 too. I think it would be more convenience if I can put workouts with reminder separately because I do push ups Mon, Wed, Fri mornings and sit ups Tue, Thur, Sat mornings. |
[2011-08-26] A Google User: Get wit it! Real good app. Doesn't move you faster than your abilities at the same time makes you wanna do better. |
[2011-08-15] A Google User: Pretty good man... Things that could make app better: - add actual dates to diary (not just "week 1 day 2") - mute option - Google backup Not bad. Thanks guys! |
[2011-07-25] A Google User: Progress lost :-( The app has no way of moving progress between phones, all was lost when I got a new phone. This info should be synced to Google account! |
[2011-07-21] A Google User: I love this app! Simple, easy to use, and extremely effective! It doesn't hold your hand or baby you. If you have the willpower, it is a great partner |
[2011-07-18] A Google User: Great! Really helped me with my workouts. |

[2011-03-31] A Google User: Good idea, but needs more work. Doesn't adapt the subsequent days reps if u do more or less reps on a day. Fitness scale is round the wrong way. |
[2011-03-31] Patrick: Good idea, but needs more work. Doesn't adapt the subsequent days reps if u do more or less reps on a day. Fitness scale is round the wrong way. |
[2011-03-30] A Google User: Doesnt adapt. ex: I could only do 25 pushups on my last set when it suggested 49+. Then the next workout it still suggested I do 55+ for the last set. |
