The iPrevent Series was developed by two Orthopedic Surgeons to significantly decrease injuries in people of all ages and abilities. The easy-to-use applications are developed to be used in real time – when and where you’re ready to workout. Research has shown that you can reduce your risk of an ACL injury up to 50% by following a well structured ACL prevention program. This program will train you to react to potential injury situations and help you develop proper running mechanics and neuromuscular control.
