빵셔틀탈출법 어플은 기존의 동영상만 나와있는 어플이나 강좌들과 다르게 동영상을 10컷내외 사진으로 각도별(앞,좌,우)로 잘라 각 단계에서 의 짚고 넘어가야할 부분을 알려주기 때문에 초심자들에게 가장 중요한 자세 교정에 큰 도움이 될 것입니다. 특히 혼자 거울을 보고 운동을 하거나 쉐도우 복싱을 하는 형태의 운동에 있어 가장 효과적인 가이드가 될 것입니다.

- 타이머 탭
혼자 거울을 보고 운동을 하거나 쉐도우복싱, 스파링을 할 때, 체육관에서 운동하는데 타이머가 없을 때, 매 라운드 3분이 끝날 때와, 휴식시간 1분이 끝날 때마다 공을 울려주기 때문에
혼자서 운동할 때도 실전처럼 효과적으로 운동을 하므로, 체력 향상에도 도움이 됩니다.

Diese App ist als Ersatz für das Blatt Papier beim Kieser Training gedacht. Sie erlaubt jedoch das Eingeben von eigenen Übungen, so dass sie auch für andere Trainingssysteme geeignet sein könnte.

Über die Konfiguration werden einmalig die Übungen/Geräte eingegeben oder importiert und Trainingsprogramme angelegt.

Beim Training wird das Gewicht anhand des letzten Trainingsergebnisses vorgeschlagen (Erhöhung/Reduzierung ist konfigurierbar). Das Datum wird automatisch gespeichert. Eine Stoppuhr steht zur Verfügung. Es gibt drei mögliche Trainingsergebnisse, die der Trainierende nach jeder Übung anklickt. Die Namen dieser Ergebnisse, so wie deren Auswirkung auf das Gewicht für das nächste Training sind konfigurierbar.
