This lite version lets you perform 30 sets before you have to buy the full version.

Tabata training is a method of interval training that has been shown to be more effective for burning fat and building lean muscle mass than low-intensity, long-distance exercise (like jogging).

The premise is simple: sprint as hard as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 8 times. You're done in just 4 minutes!

The one problem? How do you know when 20 seconds have passed, when you're running as hard as you can?

Enter Tabata Sprinter! A panther snarls at you, telling you to run -- the sound of a predator plays against your body's instincts, telling it that it needs a bit of extra adrenaline. Later, when it's time to rest, a whistle blows.

You can set up an account that will save your sprint history in the cloud, to give you access to your history even if you switch to a different phone. The account is optional, Tabata Sprinter will work just fine without it, but you won't be able to view your history.
