My BMI Pal Lite is a simple fitness and weight-loss tool that lets you assess your weight, track your calorie consumption against recommended daily limits and record a weight diary so you can track progress against goals.

* Recommended calorie intake calculated using the Harris-Benedict Equation

[1] Note that it's a function of Android that if you move the application to the SD card and restart the phone or if you force-close the application then reminders will be disabled until you restart the application manually.

[2] Facebook integration uses Facebook "Single-Sign-On" and so requires that you have the Facebook application on your device and will post to the account that you've logged in with using that application. Note that if you log out of the Facebook application, My BMI Pal will not be notified and you will need to "uncheck" the Facebook option in My BMI Pal manually.
