22が理想値で、18.5より少ないと痩せすぎ、25を超えると肥満とされています。
簡単な計算で求められますが(体重 ÷ (身長[m]) x (身長[m]))、
どの程度までが許容範囲なのかは、なかなか把握しづらいものです。
このアプリは、身長と体重からBMI値を求め、それをチャート(グラフ)で表示します。
さらにBMIが18.5の時の体重と25の体重も表示できます。
これを参考にして自分の範囲を把握してダイエットに役立ててください。
