Hydrator will alert / remind you when you need to drink another glass of water. Climate, health and diet all change the amount of water you need to consume on a daily basis. You can set your own target as per your need.  Hydrator also allows you to set your own glass size.  

Amount of water we drink has a significant effect on our overall health and well-being. With your water intake, a good rule of thumb to follow is at least 64 ounces a day. That's eight 8-oz glasses of liquid within 24 hours. Seems simple, but the problem is that almost everyone forget to drink while is busy with everyday things. Not anymore!

Keep track of the development of your Body Mass Index using the Condat BMI app. It calculates your BMI and classifies it according to one of two methods: WHO (World Health Organization) or DGE (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung – German Society for Nutrition). Each measurement you take is recorded and the development of your BMI over time can be visualized graphically at any time.
