Diese App ist als Ersatz für das Blatt Papier beim Kieser Training gedacht. Sie erlaubt jedoch das Eingeben von eigenen Übungen, so dass sie auch für andere Trainingssysteme geeignet sein könnte.

Über die Konfiguration werden einmalig die Übungen/Geräte eingegeben oder importiert und Trainingsprogramme angelegt.

Beim Training wird das Gewicht anhand des letzten Trainingsergebnisses vorgeschlagen (Erhöhung/Reduzierung ist konfigurierbar). Das Datum wird automatisch gespeichert. Eine Stoppuhr steht zur Verfügung. Es gibt drei mögliche Trainingsergebnisse, die der Trainierende nach jeder Übung anklickt. Die Namen dieser Ergebnisse, so wie deren Auswirkung auf das Gewicht für das nächste Training sind konfigurierbar.

- Kieser Training Übungen (auf Wunsch werden diese Übungen angelegt bzw. importiert)

- Trainingsprogramme (bestehend aus einer Auswahl von Übungen in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge)

- CSV Datei Export (pro Trainingsprogramm: jede Übung ist eine Spalte, jedes Datum ist eine Zeile)

- Stoppuhr (optional mit Countdown, Stoppkorrektur und Alarm nach 60, 90 und 120 Sekunden)

- neu: Die Übungszeit speichern

- Backup (auf SD-Karte)
