"Мои калории" - это программа для быстрого и удобного подсчета калорий, которые вы употребили за сутки.
Программа проста в использовании. Запускаете "Мои калории", набираете сумму калорий употребленной пищи и нажимаете "Сохранить". После чего программа автоматически закрывается, а в журнале фиксируется дата, время и соответственно количество калорий. Для каждой суммы можно добавить комментарий, который так же будет сохранен в истории.

Ввести сумму калорий можно тремя способами
1) набрать на цифровом калькуляторе;
2) ввести нужное число при помощи цифровой клавиатуры;
3) выбрать из списка продуктов употребленный продукт(выбранные продукты сохраняются в истории).
Если Вы не нашли какой то продукт можете самостоятельно его создать. Так же есть возможность редактировать уже имеющиеся продукты.
Возможность импортировать список продуктов из файла позволяет увеличивать количество продуктов доступных для выбора.

В настройках приложения Вы можете настроить "номиналы" кнопок цифрового калькулятора их количество, норму калорий на день, выход из программы при сохранении, тему приложения и некоторые другие параметры работы приложения.
