[2012-03-25] A Google User: Easy to use Find it very applicable. In the Gym I also use "weights metronome". Helps me with weights work-out cadence. |
|
[2012-03-25] A Google User: Simple but has some way to go I also started to use "Weights Metronome" app for keeping form. Very effective. |

[2011-11-15] A Google User: Great start Desperately needs the ability to reorder workouts. The whole save/load paradigm is a bit odd.. forgetting to save will lose your entire workout. |
|
[2011-07-26] A Google User: what would make it better, is the ability to do different weights in the same set. Maybe if the field lengths were bigger. Also, it needs a calendar. |

[2011-06-14] A Google User: Excellent! Its simplicity makes it great. Thanks! This was very well done. You included an extensive amount of exercises. But, even better you allow the user to add their own exercises and they are all in one section, which makes it faster to put together a workout. The sharing option is also a great feature. I definitely needed a way to back up my workouts to truly give up pen and paper. There is no need for images. People can Google. Above all, no ads! I have more tolerance for permissions than ads. By the way, no permissions needed! |

[2011-03-10] A Google User: Fairly cool. Most definately need to add biceps and triceps instead of just upper arm. What about just a core section with the basics. |
