[2013-06-24] A Google User: Missing key function Need to be able to create your own food. Such as if I make a recipe that has nutritional facts I should be able to add that. Other than that it is awesome |
[2013-06-06] A Google User: Helpful but needs work This app is pretty good for logging what you eat through out the day and you can log your weight. You can see custom graphs of the process you've made. I wish there was a way to log exercise and calories burned. UI could use an update |
[2013-06-06] A Google User: not free when registering, only a trial, these 5* comments must be from the creator himself |
[2013-06-05] A Google User: Can't sign up I can't even sign up to get started. It says there was an issue and to try again later. I have and I'm still getting the same error |
[2013-05-28] A Google User: Great Best app I have found for tracking fat and protein. |
[2013-05-07] A Google User: Limited and Outdated High level of friction for input, no updates for over a year and a half shows pure neglect for the platform. |
[2013-05-02] A Google User: Good, but silly limits I like this application, but it will only let me save a few favorite foods. I eat a lot more than 15 ingredients throughout the week, and having to search for an item daily is annoying. Great otherwise. |
[2013-04-28] A Google User: Must pay to use app After I create a login I got an error because free accounts cant use the app. You fail to mention that in your description. |
[2013-04-04] A Google User: Great I've been using this app for a few weeks, the app runs smooth the pictures and nutrition value are accurate the barcode scanner is pretty cool |
[2013-04-01] A Google User: Horrible!!!!! Extremely disappointef. I was unable to login using the app. Sent an email to tech support. They were of no help. I was really excited about using this app- Oh well :( |
[2013-03-30] A Google User: Just getting started Thus far, so good. Have used for about a week. Starting to receive error messages but the app continues to work w/out error. Go figure. Selected app bc I can see log online. Wish it calculated water via app and better online. |
[2013-03-28] A Google User: No phone number to contact customer service. Should not be a fee to print a report. No good app. |
[2013-03-27] A Google User: Mostly good Great tracker for calories and macro nutrients. Not liking how often it gets errors or that I can't manually input a complicated meal |
[2013-03-13] A Google User: Too basic I cant see my vitsmins or others details. |
[2013-03-11] A Google User: No calorie burned tracker It would be a perfect ap if we could log our workouts |
[2013-03-11] A Google User: Missing graph Used this on iphone years ago & when getting an android phone I installed it there. Pro: With free account you can transfer all details between iphone & android Con: Android app has no flow chart of weight & body fat loss / gain. |
[2013-03-10] A Google User: Disappointed I'm currently in the process of seeing how easy it is to switch from ios to android. This is an app I've used a lot on my iPhone. This version is very poor in comparison. |
[2013-03-04] A Google User: Crash notification every launch plus poor design Very ugly app, disappointing it can go over a year with these problems and still no update for all of 2012 |
[2013-03-04] A Google User: Seriously in needs of an update Can't log in |
[2013-03-03] A Google User: Need to track excercises Would b better if u could track excercises done and calculated the calories burned from your daily intake. Link up with my fitness pal or something |
[2013-03-03] A Google User: login failed couldn't use the app, installed, login failed after I registered. |
[2013-02-28] A Google User: FIX ASAP! If I could put 0 stars, I would! Won't let me log in for anything!! |
[2013-02-27] A Google User: Can't login/make an account |
[2013-02-24] A Google User: DO NOT DOWNLOAD Tried to use the barcode but the app would not let me scan. It kept saying "keep still" and I put my phone against a counter to make sure it was not shaking but it still would not scan. |
[2013-02-23] A Google User: Time waste Registration problems. |
[2013-02-05] A Google User: Love it Works great with all my devices |
[2013-02-04] A Google User: Love it! I love the ability to scan food barcodes and the macronutrient breakdown! Exactly what I was looking for. |
[2013-01-28] A Google User: Wish it would save my favorites! I was able to add to my favorites the first day I downloaded this app. Ever since then, I have recieved error measages when I try to add to my fave list. Drives me nuts! If that bug was fixed and it tracked water intake...I would give it a perfect rating. |
[2013-01-28] A Google User: Immediate crash App will not sign in. As soon as I click login, it crashes every time. Have not been able to login yet. Garbage! |
[2013-01-23] A Google User: Total crap says my account doesnt exist and logs ne out when i make a new one |
[2013-01-21] A Google User: Wrong username and password? It won't let me log in with my daily burn account. Tried creating a new one, and it still won't let me sign in. What's up with that? Droid RAZR MAXX. |
[2013-01-13] A Google User: Shame on this app This apparently has so many problems I cannot even register |
[2013-01-05] A Google User: So much better on ios On ios there is more tracking options, such as the exercise tracking. There is no meal snap for android either. The app itself works and the database is great. To bad though that you cant add a barcode to someone elses food item in the app. Please DB, add exercises and meal snap to android |
[2013-01-05] A Google User: Just what I needed. |
[2013-01-03] A Google User: Not for my tablet Doesn't display or allow access to key functions on my Samsung Note 10.1 tablet. Love it on my I-phone. Hate it on Android. |
[2013-01-03] A Google User: iPhone was better The iPhone app was better IMO, I could track everything that I could track on the site including my workouts. Its sad this doesn't have the same advantage |
[2013-01-01] A Google User: Not very helpful, no way to set activity levels or apparently track exercise. Searched for a common food and was unable to change the serving size. |
[2012-12-29] A Google User: Daily Burn I would give you money if... you would just improve your Android app. I get a crash message every time I open the app, I can't track workouts through my phone, the calories don't display correctly, it's ugly. I WANT to give you money. I would gladly upgrade to PRO if you would make the Android app like your iOS one. Until then I feel like a second class citizen and you get nothing from me. |
[2012-12-18] A Google User: Very Helpful App I love this app, it has helped me out very much however lately I have been getting an error when trying to add things into my "favorite" food and i cant favorite anything... |
[2012-11-28] A Google User: Needs more features After moving from the iPhone version, I was surprised that this version was missing some of the key features, such as being able to view my stats in a graph. |
[2012-11-24] A Google User: Wouldn't let me log in . Apparently every word or number i used to set up as a username was already in use. |
[2012-11-18] A Google User: Samsung galaxy reverb Wouldnt allow me to register which is upsetting because it looks like a great app. |
[2012-11-17] A Google User: Unorganized Mulitiple listings of each food with inaccurate nutrient information. |
[2012-11-16] A Google User: Not what I wanted Came up when I searched for "sodium tracker" but doesn't allow you to view or keep track of sodium counts. |
[2012-11-08] A Google User: Awful! Tried to submit my email several times. App keeps reporting error. I have no time for an app that will not open after 2 days of trying. Uninstalling. |
[2012-10-26] A Google User: Doesn't run locally Must create account and provide email address. No thank you. |
[2012-10-24] A Google User: Pretty good This has good basic functionality, but it's lacking some features that could make it great. I suggest DB spends some money on a much needed UI overhaul by a good Information Architect. Like others, I sometimes get the error when adding to favorites. |
[2012-10-22] A Google User: ? No where 2 track how much ur burning |
[2012-10-14] A Google User: Not what's advertised This app is nothing like the iPhone app that you advertise. No bmr calculations, no exercises, no graphs for goal ranges. Waste of downloading. |
[2012-10-08] A Google User: Working out? Y u no include working out? |
[2012-10-01] A Google User: Ok to track weight n food No ability to track body part measurements (waist, upper arms, thighs, etc) |
[2012-09-30] A Google User: Disappointing Nothing like the app for iPhone . Not nearly as many options . Please fix and allow to track weight , show your limits and minimums on carbs and others rather than just calories . See iPhone app and you will see what this is lacking . Very disappointing . |
[2012-09-27] A Google User: Constant crashes Every time I open the app it says it crashed. Calorie bar doesn't show correctly. Says my goal is 1100 calories, and I ate 1200. The green line on the bar is only half way. On a positive note, I love the scanner. Wish I didn't have to go online to record my exercise. This should be a "one stop shopping" app.. I don't know what happened but it seems the app is getting worse instead of better. |
[2012-09-18] A Google User: cool 1-needs an additional tab to "modify" servings beside the "details" tab as shortcut. 2-calories gained better summerised and written beside the title of each meal. 3-the favorites list should accomodate more entries (only 20 for now). 4-user's profile should add height and desired weight over chosen time period. 5-should say "if u continue with this way u will reach your target weight on.... date. 6- exercise entries?. 7-better save whole meal as favorite. 8-calendar search is better than scrolling day by |
[2012-09-05] A Google User: Crap... Tried it out, then got a timed out error. App told me to login. So I tried and it kept telling me account didn't exist. I made a new account thinking maybe I goofed and forgot my password. Same issue! So I gave up. |
[2012-08-31] A Google User: Unable to login This could be a great app, but I wouldn't know as they don't have a double check on you password when signing up nor do they have a "forgot password" option to get the problem fixed. |
[2012-08-29] A Google User: No "add" button for new foods |
[2012-08-27] A Google User: Seriously? No exercise tracker, no goals settings, no calorie calculations. Very weak compared to the Iphone app. Get My Fitnesspal app. Very complete and free. |
[2012-08-23] A Google User: Limited App is too limited and has small ambitions, but it does what it says. The barcode scanner is pretty cool. More metric measurement from users would be nice, but it's not dev's fault. |
[2012-08-22] A Google User: Useless My wife has this on her iPhone and has the ability to track her trips to the gym. Installed on my Bionic, and all I get is a calorie counter and BMI? Useless. |
[2012-08-19] A Google User: Needs the same functionality of the iPhone app Firstly, the iPhone app only has one flaw.. you have to pay for the food scanner. I paid you $75 for a year Pro membership and you want another $5 for the scanner on iPhone when its free on Android? Talk about nickle and diming. If you are a Daily Burn Tracker pro user you guys should just give us the food scanner. As for this app, no exercise tracking? Really? I don't want to use my iPhone (which is a work provided phone) to log everything as I don't like to mix personal and business apps on my iPhone. Make this app better developers. This is more like a beta release than a "polished" release. Sad really because the website rocks and don't give me the crap about using the mobile web site. Fix the app. |
[2012-08-16] A Google User: I WONT LET ME It wont let me sign up for this! |
[2012-08-14] A Google User: meh It's been over a year and I thought I would give this app another shot. Absolutely no progress has been made. None. It's the same app with the same crap interface and same limitations. It is extremely cumbersome to use, and much of the text is hard to read. You'd think after more than a year there would be some improvement. Nope. Absolute garbage. |
[2012-08-14] A Google User: Love it Its worth downloading |
[2012-08-11] A Google User: Better for iOS The only feature on this version is track what you eat. The iPhone version has a profile, exercise tracker, and work out plan. |
[2012-08-10] A Google User: Love being able to scan foods instead of typing everything in. It works great for keeping up with food but have to log on computer for workouts. |
[2012-08-04] A Google User: General good I would love a sugar tracker added! |
[2012-08-02] A Google User: Good, but missing exercise tracker |
[2012-08-02] A Google User: Useful |
[2012-08-01] A Google User: I love dailyburn and have used it for years. I just don't like how this app only allows you to select from certain serving sizes instead of typing it |
[2012-08-01] A Google User: Best food tracking app It has every food possible that you could ever eat with accurate grams and carbs that go with each serving |
[2012-07-30] A Google User: Pretty good app No problems so far |
[2012-07-25] A Google User: Lame It needs a sodium tracker. |
[2012-07-21] A Google User: Good app Found most foods, ltd brkdwn of types carbs/fats, prfct for prtn:carbfat ratio for wt loss. Thx!!! |
[2012-07-21] A Google User: J-lorenzo Wow, this app is better than 3 stars, I keep track of my diet way better. I recommend this to people who want to watch their weight. |
[2012-07-20] A Google User: app keeps crashing it won't save any favorites anymore. everytime I open the app it says it crashes. if they get the crash fixed I will give it more stars. aside from that is a very good app for keeping track of carbs fat and protein |
[2012-07-16] A Google User: Not as good as apple app The apple app allows you to track workouts and change your daily targets this app is bare minimum but still handy |
[2012-07-15] A Google User: Needs A LOT of improvements The free version is OK. However, I'd only consider purchasing the app if and only if it (1) offered the same feature set for Android devices as it offers for iPhones, (2) I could update information directly from my smartphone instead of having to update info online and then uninstall and reinstall the app for the changes to sync, and (3) the cost of the app was brought (way) down. MyFitnessPal offers more features without obtrusive ads for free. |
[2012-07-15] A Google User: Wow Awesome app ,has all kind of food list available |
[2012-07-13] A Google User: Lacking compared to iPhone version The iPhone version has much better tracking to show you your daily intake relative to your individual macro goals. It also shows the graph of several body tracking stats while this one only shows a list of data points. Many features in general from the site are missing as well. Other than that it's ok, the features that ARE implemented are mostly done well. But on an Android phone you might as well just go to the website outside of the bar code scanning ability. |
[2012-07-11] A Google User: So annoying!!! I logged in on an iphone once and it was really good. But it wont let me log in or create a new account! Shen im making the account i go to put in my user name and it keeps saying no network connection! Please fix for galaxy s3. I would give 5 stars but its not working! |
[2012-07-11] A Google User: I can't even log in!! I have no idea how this app is cause it won't let me log in I have no account and can't get one its rediculous and frustratung |
[2012-07-02] A Google User: Can't login |
[2012-07-01] A Google User: Awesome Cooll app |
[2012-06-29] A Google User: Really. Nice Helps a lot to have in mind what I ate... Love it |
[2012-06-20] A Google User: Most ridiculous app ever! It would not let me create an account. How am I supposed to use an app that I cannot access? Ridiculous! |
[2012-06-18] A Google User: Lady M This is a great app |
[2012-06-15] A Google User: Awesome Go online and open a free account. |
[2012-06-13] A Google User: Awesome This app is a life saver and great tool to use. |
[2012-06-12] A Google User: Login issues new account I'm trying to register a new account and I'm getting the green checks saying my email and UN are good but then I put in PW and hit register and it says something is wrong and to check it again...anyone else having this prob? |
[2012-06-11] A Google User: DailyBurn hates Android Users I started out with Daily Burn about 16 months ago using an iPod touch, the app was great, got an android phone last June and have felt completely ignored... Why don't they offer the same features, I guess Daily Burn only cares about the iOS experience.... Huge miss folks! |
[2012-06-10] A Google User: Incomplete info... Doesn't say you have to buy a monthly membership to get the full app. |
[2012-06-05] A Google User: Used for a while but moved elsewhere Not bad, but there are better apps out there with nicer interface and more data |
[2012-06-05] A Google User: best app ever keeps u very aware of ur intake |
[2012-06-02] A Google User: Horrible Not only did the app not work, the website didn't let me log in. I'm so disappointed. |
[2012-06-02] A Google User: Grrrr! It doesn't let me create an acct. Says to check for problems but it all checks out and still doesn't let me |
[2012-05-25] A Google User: almost amazing the online sure that goes with this app is fantastic. I wish the phone app had the capacity to view more details and update exercise as well. |
[2012-05-23] A Google User: Very easy I love that you can store meals to save time when re-entering food. Would have given 5 stars if it had the option to move back to a calander date rather than having to scroll all the way back |
[2012-05-22] A Google User: What, no sodium tracker? Seems easy to use. Wish it had a sodium info/tracker as part of it. |
[2012-05-22] A Google User: Permissions Why does this need permission to my phone calls? |
