CrossFit MobilityWOD (v. 0.3.129894) Разработано xfitdad |
Every human being should be able to perform basic maintenance on themselves. You know what to eat, how to train, and what to do if you have a cut; you should also know how to fix your tight hips, painful knees, and stiff shoulders, and how to make yourself faster and more powerful. It's too much to mobilize everything, all the time, everyday. Start somewhere. The Mobility Wod should take you four to 10 minutes to complete. Do it everyday.
Those familiar with CrossFit are familiar with CrossFit San Francisco's Kelly Starrett's MobilityWOD. This is a LINK to his blog, there is no original information from me. I just got tired of looking up the info each day, hence this Droid app came to be.
The first screen shot is of the app, the second is of the YouTube page for San Francisco CrossFit. I had to post two pics so I figured I might as well put one for the man responsible for the info listed.

[2011-12-26] A Google User: Worst app ever Can't read text. Can't magnify. Links respond slowly. Barely functional. HTC Doubleshot. |

[2011-09-21] A Google User: It's just a link to someone else's blog, which has a much better app of its own. I can't zoom the screen on this, so I can't read any of the text |

[2011-03-07] A Google User: Good thought but it IS quicker to just go to the site. Instead, why not post each individual new WOD and a link to the site? |
