Card Cardio is an exciting fitness program for all ages, athletic skills and fitness levels. This amazing program is fun and challenging while improving overall physical condition and personal fitness. It requires only a small space to work out and there is no extra equipment needed.
Card Cardio was developed by Stephen Mitchell,
who has been committed to fitness his entire life and he has been using his Card Cardio system successfully for over ten years.
Object of the game is to perform a variety of strength training and cardio exercises, within one hour, by randomly selecting cards from the deck.
Exercises performed: push-ups, lunges, squats and cardio drills.
