Muscle Media's Bench Press Routine for the Android! This workout is based off of MM2K's popular "Add 50LBS To Your Bench Press" program. Now you do not have to carry around a book of paper and a bunch of charts as this app does it all for you.

[2013-01-20] A Google User: Not a very good workout plan. This app will increase you bench press. But it will also increase your risk of injury. Two friends of mine already have gotten hurt from this workout. I have gained 30 pounds. Currently at 330 for 16. Weight 194. And my shoulders are currently messed up. Heavy all the time isn't always good. |

Few recommendations: the developer should add a feature where you can check off the workout plan when you finish. I accidentally did the wrong workout (a couple days ahead of schedule) one day and it messed up my whole routine. Also, it would be great to have the same for legs. |
