Description:
This is a companion app for the 8 minute exercise videos that can be found on Youtube.
The exercise videos that are covered by this app are:
8 Minute Abs
8 Minute Arms
8 Minute Buns
8 Minute Legs
The app contains several countdown alarms, which count down and sound when an exercise is finished, and then moves onto the next. A text string indicates the name of the exercise being completed. A setting also reads out the name of the exercise so you don't have to look at the phone while exercising (currently only available in English, working on translations).
To find out how to do the exercises, you should search on Youtube for the relevant video (these can also be found in the "About" section of the app).
