This helps you track your weight week by week and it also works out your weight loss.

Information and help to guide you towards a healthier life style.

Current Info and Target:
Is a place where you keep your current chest, waist, and hip sizes. It also allows you to input your target measurements, so that you can compare with ease.

Food Diary:
This is a calender based diary, which means you can input the food and drink you have during the day. Also this means you can plan your food and drink for weeks to come and work to a food plan.

Exercise Diary:
This is linked to the calender, which means you can input the exercise you have done during the day. Also this means you can plan your exercise for the coming weeks.

Water/Veg Counter:
This is a basic but very effective button counter that keeps track of the water and fruit and veg you consume.

Chat Room:
I've added this feature mainly so people can give support or ask for support from other people or for just a general chat.

You know how well the navigation apps work on your phone, they get you from point A to point B.  However, when you are cycling frequently you want to get from point A around a specific route, back to point A.  You can use web pages like RideWithGPS.com and Bikely.com to create a cue sheet that will help you plot a course that will give you the miles you need for training or the views you want for sight-seeing and create a cue sheet.  This app helps you follow that cue sheet using the GPS built into your phone.

Download cue sheets for bicycle and motorcycle rides.  Cue Sheet uses the Map and GPS to help you navigate your route.  Great for those long training rides for cycling.  Don't waste time getting lost.  You'll never miss that great climb or view you planned to see.  Use http://www.ridewithgps.com or http://www.bikely.com to create a course then import the .gpx file directly into this application.

Also has a more traditional cue-sheet view that runs with the GPS turned off so you can save your battery.

Note: Listing rides only works for RideWithGPS.com bikely.com was down too much for us to make this work during development.
