Ludusfit - Workout & Fitness (v. 1.3.1)

Ludusfit is a 20 minute full body workout program featuring videos of highly experienced personal trainers illustrating easy-to-follow routines. The exercises don’t need equipment and can be done any time and anywhere. Ludusfit is substantially cheaper than a gym membership, personal trainer or fitness DVD. Ludusfit has ten levels at 20 minutes each – 200 minutes of training in total. Each level is harder than the previous one so people get fitter as they progress e.g. level one includes simple squats and bent knee push-ups, while level 10 includes hand stand press ups that will challenge even the fittest of athletes.  There are six exercises in each level. Each exercise has a different set of reps and has to be done four times before the user can move to the next level.
The FREE version features three levels and adverts, which are removed when users upgrade to the paid version. The paid version provides a further seven levels with regular updates available in the future.  
The name, LudusFit, was inspired by ancient Roman culture. The Latin word ludus (plural Ludi) has several meanings e.g. play, game, sport and training. Ludus also refers to a training school for gladiators. The levels in Ludusfit are named after the ranks in a Roman legion, starting with Munifex and eventually reaching the level of Legate.
Ludusfit is ideal for people who:
• don’t have access to a gym;
• want to top up their gym membership;
• who have a gym membership but can’t afford their own personal trainer
• can’t afford gym membership;
• are on business; and,
• are busy and are short on time to get fit and healthy.

An app for Cyclist, Runner, Jogger, who want to track their route and would like to share it on DailyMile. All this can be done in just clicks!

1. Press start to begin recording

2. Press stop to finish recording your track

3. Press 'All trips', select the topmost trip, or any other trip which you wan to post to DailyMile.

4. Authorize MyCycle, to post on DailyMile (this has to be done just once)

5. You can just press either 'Running', 'Cycling' or 'Walking' and its posted!!!

Do you want to record your tracks? You can do this with MyCycle

* Tracks are stored in a folder named 'mycycle' on your SD CARD, in the gpx format. You can even delete tracks if you want.
* You can view a speed-distance profile of you trip.

With Flu Correlations you can:

    * Interactively observe flu trends worldwide or in a specific region as far back as 10 years ago.
    * View web, news, blog, discussion, twitter, video, cdc web, and cdc podcasts published at the time and place of your data selection.
    * Find correlations between Flu data and world events.
    * Identify causative mechanisms and suggest locale-specific improvements in prevention and treatment strategies.

This app was developed to demonstrate two concepts.
The first is that simple, modular solutions can sometimes produce great yields (think nuclear energy). Consider also that this app can easily be altered to suit any data set, yet was published solely in the interest of Flu awareness.

The second concept is a novel one. The ever-expanding wealth of information available on the internet has yet to be parsed for correlations between media events and consumer health. Tools such as this one seek to turn medical research into an on-the-go, interactive experience that can take place anywhere, anytime, and by anyone."

Graph: Displays Flu activity levels for the given region and given date range. Place two fingers on the screen to select a date range and then double-tap to zoom in. (alternatively use the manual Date Range Button)

Country Button: Select a country from the drop-down list to graph its activity.

Region Button: Select a state / province from the drop-down list to graph its activity.

Max Range Button: Zoom out to the maximum available data for the currently selected region.
