T2 Mood Tracker (v. 2.4) Разработано T2 |
T2 Mood Tracker is designed to help you track your emotional experience over time and to provide you with a tool to share this information with your health care provider.
This app comes with six pre-loaded issues: anxiety, depression, general well-being, head injury, post-traumatic stress, and stress. You can also add customized scales on any topic (e.g., a pain scale). You use simple sliders to rate yourself on these behavioral categories and the app automatically graphs your inputs. You can also make notes describing things that happened during the day that may have affected your moods. This provides you and your health care provider with a complete tool to help you uncover patterns in how you are feeling. It may also help you to evaluate the impact of daily events or the effects of treatment on your mood.
T2 Mood Tracker was developed by the National Center for Telehealth & Technology (T2), the Defense Department’s primary agency for applying innovative technology to issues of psychological health and traumatic brain injury
WHAT’S NEW
• Report generator makes sharing results simple! Generate PDF or CSV reports to print or email to your health care provider.
• Backup database saves all your data on the SD card. Easily move your T2 Mood Tracker results to a new phone or save a backup off-phone, so you don’t lose your data if you lose your phone.

• Program the reminder to update your moods as often as you like - weekly to several times a day.
• Pre-loaded with six common issues. Customize with ANY feeling or issue you want to track.
• Results display in easy to read color graphs with pinch zoom, customizable symbols, and options to display as much or as little data you desire.

[2013-01-07] A Google User: Productive and useful ... but has a significant drawback in that it is basically spyware, always running unannounced and tracking your location, which has nothing to do with app functionality. |
[2013-01-06] A Google User: So far so good Like that you can customize categories & not have to see the preloaded ones. Like the graphs, looking forward to seeing them once I have more data entered. |
[2013-01-03] A Google User: Comprehensive yet easy Really useful for tracking my mood over time and checking in the graph, from within months or even hours. Don't really like the start up screen tho bit unnecessary but perfect otherwise. |
[2013-01-01] A Google User: Fantastic database Graphs, notes in chronological order, doesn't seem to let you go back in mood database to put in missed days or change things |
[2012-12-30] A Google User: Best Bipolar Tracker! I use this app to track my bipolar disorder. It's fully customizable! You can email yourself a PDF report to show your doctor! I added a mania section by using a clinical bipolar questionnaire. |
[2012-12-30] A Google User: So far... so good. App is very helpful and easy to work with so far |
[2012-12-29] A Google User: Great theraputic tool! Must have for those learningto cope and manage daily Very helpful keeping with my moods, health and stability. Great little self theraputic tool, journal, learning what causes you to feel certain ways and how often ur extremes are. great to share reports and notes with your doctor or friends/family for extra input and help coping with problems you can acknowledge easier with this daily record tracker. |
[2012-12-29] A Google User: Almost perfect Being able to record multiple times throughout the day would be wonderful. Aside from that, I love the look, and I feel that it is very thorough. I definitely reccomend it. |
[2012-12-29] A Google User: Very good. Update: Reminders don't seem to work on my device. Excellent tool for quantifying your own mood. Easy to use and highly customizable. It's not perfect, though. Reminders don't work for me and there should be a better way to access notes and see how are they related to mood swings. |
[2012-12-26] A Google User: Rubbish is this mood tracker? Really? Wht it tracks... god knows... poor interface poor usability.. too hard to use n understnd... wierd graphs n reports... pls dnt download |
[2012-12-23] A Google User: excellent app versatile and easy to use. has ready made trackers for several areas, but it is very simple to set up a scale to track whatever you want. I have used this app for 2mos and have not a single complaint. |
[2012-12-23] A Google User: ok Well its pretty useful but messes up most of the time |
[2012-12-20] A Google User: Excellent App! I feel better just tracking how I feel! I love the slider inputs. Highly recommended for anyone, any age, disorder or not! |
[2012-12-16] A Google User: T2 Mood Tracker App is a good tool to log and journal my moods and night terrors. My Healthcare professionals at the VA utilize this tool to know about my moods. |
[2012-12-13] A Google User: Excellent! Well designed, fast, stable with nice balanced defaults without sacrificing the freedom to customize. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5, is the lack of integration, easy data export via email or similar. The ability to share data more freely with a doctor, spouse etc would increase the value of the app in a big way. |
[2012-12-12] A Google User: Great app. No ads. Free. No complaints. |
[2012-12-12] A Google User: Simply superb Well conceived and well executed. The app works out of the box, and supports customization of categories and scales. I like the open data format, but would like to see more control over the graphing section. Be good to have custom date ranges with easy selection of data series. It would be good to have the option to link "reusued" scales that appear in more than one category (an optional attribute of the scale.) I'd like to see more themes and UI choices. Great work. This would be a sound $3 app. |
[2012-12-11] A Google User: Good app I think this app could help alot of people that are have trouble with tracking how they are feeling and help with thing that maybe going on with that person day to day. The option to take notes on the days you took the survey would help alot, as you can input what you want as well as relay that info to your doctor. |
[2012-11-19] A Google User: nice! It would be great if the graph zooming rate could be saved, so you wouldn't have to zoom so much to compare several days |
[2012-11-18] A Google User: Awesome! This is a great app for people with chronic pain, health issues, and problems with depression or anything else you can think of! I use this app in conjunction with my dr when we discuss ways to treat my pain. Very well thought-through app, thank you! |
[2012-11-18] A Google User: Great app no ads and I can show my dr my graphs Very helpful for me and docs |
[2012-11-17] A Google User: Fun. Organizing emotions is fun and maybe even helpful. :) |
[2012-11-16] A Google User: T-2 Mood Tracker Brilliant! I feel u were truly inspired to create such a tremendously, useful app! There are millions of us who find it extremely difficult to describe our moods & feelings accurately to our doctors & loved ones on a regular basis. What a blessing! Thank u, precious angel! :) |
[2012-11-15] A Google User: Helpful Helps me track trends in mood with my PTSD |
[2012-11-13] A Google User: Reminders dont work! also the graph is more difficult to understand and manoeuvre. |
[2012-11-11] A Google User: Very useful, user friendly and relevant. I have tried a couple of different apps and this one is by far the best to track moods as well as factors affecting the mood ie. Sleep, headaches etc. It can be easily customised to track trends not included in the standard app. It also allows tracking of positive variables. The graph representation is very good and well defined. All this in a free app. Thank you. |
[2012-11-09] A Google User: Was the best But useless now that the knobs can't be changed |
[2012-11-08] A Google User: Excellent My concealer relay likes this she is even shareing it with other patients. Its an easy way to track ur mental health |
[2012-11-07] A Google User: Very good Takes a little while to set up but then excellent. |
[2012-11-05] A Google User: Reminder function unreliable I like this program very much. I use it to keep track of anxiety. However, once set the reminders work only for a few days...then must be reset. This makes the app less useful as an intervention in one's daily thought processes. Can this be fixed in an update? |
[2012-11-01] A Google User: Great I use it for stress, anxiety and depression. Great tool, very useful. |
[2012-11-01] A Google User: Perfect-wait.... With the upgrade it now should include reminders but it doesn't actually work. Otherwise five stars. And it got a nice visual overhaul as well. Good for anyone who wants or needs to keep track of ones feelings. Can create or take out whichever you want/need. |
[2012-10-28] A Google User: T2 mood tracker Love update so much! Fantastic app thanks |
[2012-10-21] A Google User: T mood tracker. This helps so i tell/show my counsel how thing are going. I have a problem writing notes to show her. |
[2012-10-20] A Google User: Fully Customizable I thought the app was good until I discovered how to customise. Now it's great, because I can track all my personal triggers as well. |
[2012-10-17] A Google User: As A Veteran of the Gulf War Shield/Storm I would NOT want anything on me that allows network access (with ability to track). Makes some of them symptoms worse. Fair Winds and Following Seas - Godspeed Installed then uninstalled to make the post. |
[2012-10-16] A Google User: Great app Very helpful |
[2012-10-15] A Google User: Phenomenal Should be front page app So easy detailed and no ads |
[2012-10-10] A Google User: Very helpful This is the perfect app for mood tracking. Allows me to track patterns and share them with my doctor. I like entering notes about medications, specific issues, more details about how I'm feeling and what I need to change. This app is exactly what I was looking for. |
[2012-10-06] A Google User: Good emotional guage Very helpful but a little confusing at first but better with upgrades! Love it. |
[2012-10-06] A Google User: Useful tracker. Reminder doesn't work This is a useful tool to record and track your mood under several headings, such as stress, anxiety, depression and general mood. I have the reminder set to remind me daily, but it doesn't work on my Galaxy S2. |
[2012-10-02] A Google User: Great app Fantastic. Wished it could track bipolar symptoms specifically, but still awesome. |
[2012-09-28] A Google User: Susan Wonderful app to track my moods from day to day. |
[2012-09-27] A Google User: Extremely helpful! Suffering with mental illness. This app perfectly tracks any input required to give a detailed analysis. A must have! |
[2012-09-27] A Google User: Samsung galaxy s2 Very helpful app. Makes it easier to keep track of my mood from day to day and examine the trends. |
[2012-09-25] A Google User: Does what I want. It lets me change my answer over the course of a day and tracks those changes. Quite helpful for life-hacking. |
[2012-09-24] A Google User: Useful Good app |
[2012-09-23] A Google User: A+ Exactly what I was looking for. Tracks emotional experience over time and graphs the results. Awesome. |
[2012-09-20] A Google User: Love the improvements i use this app all the time and i love how you can see multiple months' graphs next to each other now. |
[2012-09-15] A Google User: Awesome Recommend for anyone with mental health issues. |
[2012-09-13] A Google User: Changes |
[2012-09-13] A Google User: Fantastic upgrades to an already good system Report features allow greater, more customized sharing with medical personnel. Cosmetic changes are excellent, new interface is smooth and user-friendly. I feel better using the app, as the data collected is more meaningful and can be represented and classified in the new report formats to show timelines of any duration. Wonderful work, very beneficial to all off us vets using the app. Highest recommendation. |
[2012-09-13] A Google User: Great Having been diagnosed with a brain injury so having this app is a great way to track my symptoms. The ability to export the data got you the 5th star. |
[2012-09-13] A Google User: Excellent...very useful. |
[2012-09-11] A Google User: Great app Love it. All i need to say. |
[2012-09-09] A Google User: Could not accept EULA Read the licence agreement and could not accept it. An app like this should not transmit any information. |
[2012-09-04] A Google User: Started okay but then stopped updating It looked like a really useful app, but then it wouldn't update for me. |
[2012-09-03] A Google User: T2 I love this app |
[2012-09-02] A Google User: Jude Not a vet but have ptsd. Good for helping me pull back into the moment. Thanks |
[2012-08-29] A Google User: Very good... ... but I'd like to be able to export graph etc. for passing on to health professional. |
[2012-08-27] A Google User: Good work Nice app |
[2012-08-26] A Google User: Dont bother if you need a report or backup This application does not allow you to output the data. I am not able to print a report to take to the doctor. Also lost 6 months worth of data on upgrade because there is no backup or import. |
[2012-08-24] A Google User: Very helpful I also use the note option more like short diary entries. Anyone with mental health problems or general depression will find this very useful. The graph helps visualize your progress and can show you if your problems have a distinct pattern. I really love this |
[2012-08-23] A Google User: T2 Best free mood tracking app I've found so far. Simple and easy to use. |
[2012-08-19] A Google User: Best app I have found that I'm learning a lot about my bipolar disorder. It lets me see what my triggers are by writing notes. It also shows me the range of my moods on a graph. Its very helpful |
[2012-08-19] A Google User: Good app! Good app that does what I want. I have to find out if there is a way to input multiple entries for a day or event. Other than that would recommend. |
[2012-08-17] A Google User: Hmm I guess this is an alright app as you're able to rate your mood each day. However, the reminders hardly ever worked, which meant I'd miss a day or two of rating my mood, thus making the graph incomplete. Also some of the topics repeat themselves in different categories. |
[2012-08-15] A Google User: Good tracker! This is a good app, but I wish you could print out your status. |
[2012-08-15] A Google User: Love this! Very complete I absolutely love this app. It is the most complete mood tracker I have found. Tracking moods is very important to watch your cycling. The only thing that would make this better is the ability to export the graphing. |
[2012-08-13] A Google User: Pretty good Wish you could zoom in on the graph. I like that there are pre-formed lists so you can start right away. |
[2012-08-11] A Google User: Very helpful app My one nitpick is that I wish the graphs had the good end of the scale be high and the bad end low, as that would be more intuitive to me. The ability to make custom categories and scales makes it super powerful for tracking any kind of symptom. I'm using it for both physical and mental health tracking. |
[2012-08-08] A Google User: Easy Easy to use |
[2012-08-08] A Google User: Great app but a few requests / suggestions I would love to see a way for the user to freely export their data and use fully customizable reminder schedules (instead of 3 set times). Thank you very much for the app! |
[2012-08-07] A Google User: Good but... Reminders don't work very well. Could do with more than 3. They don't seem to go off even though t2 has been added to appkiller's ignore list. |
[2012-08-02] A Google User: Love it! Would really like to be able to email and print my results to show my provider. Doesn't consistently give reminders. |
[2012-07-31] A Google User: Love this app |
[2012-07-29] A Google User: Great App! If you are currently having any kind of mental and/or emotional struggles, then this free app is a great place to start tracking your moods. I know firsthand what it's like to struggle with that sort of thing because I currently am. This app was recommended to me by my nurse and I am so grateful to her, as I like to take a proactive part in my own well-being. This app has been very helpful, and I'm sure it will be for you too! |
[2012-07-29] A Google User: Every human should use this app it allows us to see our emotional habbits I am very excited to see where I am at in 6 months |
[2012-07-28] A Google User: Great app I use it everyday. I suffer from complex ptsd, Depression, Anxiety with panic attacks. This has been a great way to track how I'm feeling, Make notes on why I feel the way I do. To the point I can see a pattern. This helps me and my Physicians. Thank you so much for Making this app |
[2012-07-27] A Google User: Finally found decent mood tracker Wish I could upload / create report to share with doc without entering each day and note into excel. (not vet but taking medication to regulate mood) |
[2012-07-27] A Google User: Great App Wish to have an hourly graph view. To track your mood during the day. |
[2012-07-23] A Google User: Love it Brilliant for anyone trying to keep up with their moods. |
[2012-07-23] A Google User: Very helpfull Can be a bit overwelming to use due to the number of questions, I'm sure there must be a way to limit them. |
[2012-07-15] A Google User: Exvellemt This is amazing! |
[2012-07-13] A Google User: Really great app Really great app for tracking my depression, stress and general mood. Some great feedback from previous reviewers. Like customization features. Needs ability to back-up... Like to Google Drive would be awesome. |
[2012-07-11] A Google User: Great app!!! |
[2012-07-10] A Google User: Simple and useful. Fantastic. |
[2012-07-10] A Google User: Just what I have been needing to heal I have been trying to figure out my moods lately because I want to be happier, more often. The older get the less I understand about my own feelings because there are just so many at once. This app it's set up in a way where it is easy to separate the feelings and track them over time. Just what I need and I am so appreciative. Thank you so much for making this! <3 |
[2012-07-03] A Google User: Interesting I like it but wish u could views more than 1 month at a time. |
[2012-07-01] A Google User: Easy |
[2012-06-28] A Google User: Great I find it hard to talk positive about many thing when my bipolar is bad, but this app is great and helps me keep tabs on things that normally i cant put into words. |
[2012-06-27] A Google User: Great app. Great app. The only thing I would change is the scale. I would prefer a number system for better accuracy. Maybe click the desired direction rather than slide the marker. |
[2012-06-26] A Google User: EXPORT I like the way the app compiles data, but it is supremely stupid that I can't see the data in other formats. If I didn't have data I needed to access still, I'd uninstall this. |
[2012-06-25] A Google User: great app!! just what i needed to trake my mood because i could not remember by time appointment came around, use it everyday its a life saver |
[2012-06-24] A Google User: Great Mood Tracker I am not a Vet but heard about this app and thought I would try it to help with my anxiety. The customization is great and the notes really help me keep track of triggers and things that boost my mood. |
[2012-06-23] A Google User: Not a fan This app for me was more trouble than it was worth. Uninstalled. |
[2012-06-22] A Google User: T2 MOOD TRACKER |
[2012-06-21] A Google User: Great app Works great. I love that it reminds me each day, cause otherwise I'd forget. Simple and easy to use and helps me keep track of my bi polar and anxiety. |
[2012-06-20] A Google User: Awesome App As a Vet with PTSD this app is awesome for helping me communicate with my doctors about my symptoms. It allows me to give them empirical data that I wouldn't otherwise have available for me. The Only downside to this app is that I can't create a report / back it up anywhere. When I upgrade my phone, I'll loose all of my data. |
[2012-06-18] A Google User: Dates I like this except the charts are NOT easy to read. And it doesn't have the date in the tracking window. Its usefulness is giving me time to reflect on symptoms in the moment, but there's no tracking. |
