Note: Pace Calculator 2.2 replaces this version.
Calculates pace, distance, and duration. Also provides predictive pace and workout splits.
Usage: fill out two fields and the third is calculated.

* Calculation preferences added.
* Pace can toggle from miles to kilometers.
