Not accurate I am a competitive cyclist and runner week works out with weights also 5 or 6 days a week. Caliper test I am just under 12% this has me at 46%.

This app sucks Download the one from 550 cord. It's world's better than this. This one doesn't show you BF% limits, only males are between 20% and 30%. The army only uses whole numbers and the app returned .xx which isn't the army standard.

As accurate as this test is. The cm is kind of annoying as a default since this is america and we use "standard". Also go or no go would be good. The little scale at the bottom leaves out anybody between 21 to 39

every weight in I have done in the army your weight is required! its all done in inches not cm. these are no longer the standards they changed in 2007
