[2013-06-24] A Google User: terrible backup/restore, total data loss I had to get a new phone and it refuses to allow you to backup data from one phone onto, say, an SD card and then import it into the new phone. I paid for the premium service and I lost two years' data. Lots of others seem to have had same problem, upon looking at reviews. This is a stupid problem to have and developers should obviously have fixed this before release. They don't respond to emails and won't help. Don't use this ap, paid or free. The whole point is to have patterns of data, which means you must have access to all your old data. If you lose data, the ap is worthless. |

I would have appreciated the option to back that up or a warning not to upgrade til I saved on another calendar. Would be great to have Google calendar sync option as well. |

I had done a factory reset a month ago and was able to restore my data from the SD card. This time however, It will not back up. Do not know why. I've been using this app for almost 3 years now and am extremely disappointed to loose so much data. Please fix this!!! |

[2013-05-05] A Google User: Back-up Failed I would have given it 5 stars, except that I lost all of my data from the past 2 years. My phone needed a factory reset, all the info from this app was saved on my SD card. I downloaded the app again and it won't restore the date from the SD card, fail! I might look for a new app. |

I wish they had the options to chart what the monitor says beyond Pos or Neg. if it had the options of neg, high and peak that would be most helpful. Also is there a way to view the data on your computer? I couldn't figure it out. |

It would also be helpful if the menstrual forecast, fertile days and ovulation forecast would remain visible for past months. Would be helpful for talking to the doctor. Great app otherwise! Now I have a tablet also and i like to go back and forth between them, but this app does not sync with my phone so I have no info from this app on my tablet and can't write notes anywhere but my phone. I don't understand why it doesn't sync like most other apps. If I'm doing something wrong please tell me but I paid for this and its useless to me now. |

[2012-12-09] A Google User: No way to change device and keep data It is extremely difficult to back up the data and then transfer it to another device. There is no export, cloud, or transfer function available, and there is no indication where the data might be. -1 star because the support email on the Play web page (e.g., here) no longer exists. There is a great support site with instructions that look promising, if convoluted, but they don't work. Apparently they completely changed how they handle data and backups in version 2.0. Best spend your money elsewhere if you ever plan to upgrade your phone. On the other hand, it does keep data adequately. |

Just find a different app or stick with the free version. There's absolutely no support for this app also. |

Cant restore data on v2.0 and the forums have the questions unanswered. ----Switching devices may be tricky but all in all this is a great way to keep track of your menstrual cycle. It reminds when you're about to get your period, and you can log the days when you had sex, any symptoms and even dr's appointments. Very very useful! |

[2012-10-31] A Google User: It needs a reliable backup It's a great application. As a guy, I can know when irritability strikes and it's time to have a nice warm cup of shut the hell up. But this needs a reliable backup. Using something like Dropbox allows for tablets and phones to access the data. Switching out a phone? No problem. Restore it from Dropbox. I just got a new phone this past weekend. The restore failed. Backups now should not be to an SD card but somewhere in the cloud. Dropbox can do that. |
