LiftLog (v. 1.0) Разработано Stephen Lombardi |
LiftLog is an application to keep track of your workout data. You can add and edit information from a set (type of exercise, weight and reps), see your progress plotted on a graph, or export the data to an Excel file.

[2012-09-25] A Google User: Lots of potential... but Can't do decimals (dealbreaker for Olympic style weightlifting), no drop-down for lifts after they are added to the database (having to retype between sets is a chore), and the csv editing seems a bit wonky as excel made the file unreadable. Fix these issues and this would be my go-to app for a training log, free or not. |

[2011-12-05] A Google User: From a Strength Trainee... This is by far THE best app I have downloaded. It is totally no BS, full of customizable options and I love it. I've tried to hunt for an app which allows me to custom input my training - because I do not do "routines", and this is the first one which allows me to do just that. I love it. |

[2010-11-28] A Google User: EXACTLY what power lifters and body builders NEED. If serious about lifting, you always record every set individually. Great app. Even provides 1RM |
