NOT Compatible with Android 4.0 I've tried downloading it several times. It simply doesn't work with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). Only a blank screen appears with a tiny white square.

What is the point of this app? Provider search is useless because you need to enter the name of the doctor. Thats what im searching for! Duh!

Nice app BUT do to server busy timeout it's unreliable. Can't get info when you need it. Seems to be same server timeout on website too.

Very useful, can look up your IDs, benefits summary, find a provider. Wish I could also see claims and their status as well as YTD deductible met.

Doesn't auto rotate when I open the keypad so I have to read it at a right angle. The search requires a last name so it's worthless.
