Easy to follow instructions Great laypersons crash course in the latest and proven effective method of CPR. For you folks too afraid to try this in an emergency, let me just say this: If I suddenly collapse in public I would much rather someone have the courage to go for it than die because a group of bystanders who could easily have performed a life saving task were afraid they might BREAK A FEW RIBS. Broken ribs heal, death is kind of permanent. Even on the off chance you puncture a lung in the process - statistically, preferable to complete cardiac arrest.

Crap I watch ed the video its crap. When someone colapses u dont do spr imediately. U check if they are responsive. Then if not responsive u check if they are breathing and if they have a heart beet. Then if they dont u do cpr. It s beast to just take a class!

Childcare Provider I have been trained every year in CPR and first aid for almost 20 years. This is EXACTLY what the American Heart Association is teaching. Love the fact that it has the facts displayed clearly and makes calling 911 so simple and then helps you keep a perfect rhythm. HIGHLY recommend it!!
