This is an interactive MMSE used to evaluate for cognitive impairment.  There are interactive check boxes, radio boxes, and spinners, oh my!

I'm a medical student who developed this app for all those times you were told you to do an MMSE but by the time you got to the patient's room, you had forgotten to print it out. Doh!
