Great app but needs a few tweaks In trauma section for suspected head & c spine injury you stated consider nasopharsngeal airway... that is a big no-no! Never use NPAs with suspected head injuries! OPAs if Pt is unconscious is ok . Also main screen is black while rest is white bkgd. Would be better all white bkgd just for ease on the eyes. And pls consider O2 tank calculator.

Real helpful While it shouldn't replace your training its helpful for double checking your decisions. The medication list however is awesome as many people won't tell you their medical history if they have something they are embarrassed by. They are likely to tell you what they are taking so its good to be able to get a slightly better medical history.

Great, though not excellent While I know that there is no true replacement for proper training, it's interesting that the Airway section bypases the NPA and OPA...otherwise a great tool for most situations.

Very good App, couple things though Absolutely love this app, along with the other Guide apps that the publisher has made. However there are 2 things that need to be fixed. 1.) Needs to be available while offline. Even in areas where we have excellent cell coverage normally, I don't always get data in the back of the ambulance, or even in rural areas. Please fix this. 2.) Please, please!!!! Fix it so the pictures that are downloaded don't show up in My Gallery. I know there's a way you guys can do it so it'll just save without being in the gallery. Otherwise, great app and will continue to use, but will give 5 stars when these 2 things are fixed. RAZR.

Great app. Good way to review info during down time. I love the Glasgow, RT, APGAR & all of the other calculators. List of meds isn't as detailed as the EMS Pocket Drug Guide but still good. I would recommend to any EMT. Grab the pediatric app also.

Just purchased The amount of accessible information on here is nice for keeping in your pocket, things could be a little more in depth but still reliable.all up to date.and if you need a app because your in the sticks and have no service, maybe you should go back to school.fire/rescue isn't a app, it's a life.

Excellent, very practical This is a great guide, very well designed for Android. I haven't experienced any installation problems that other have. Content is good for EMT-B level - would like to see a diagram of how to apply a 12-lead.
