Synchronize breathing with heart rate (Heart Coherence) for good health. Breathe in to count of 5, breathe out to count of 5, repeat. Imagine breath coming into chest (heart area) as you breathe in & going out from heart on exhale. Feedback uses tone, voice or vibration. Can set breath count to 5,6,7...10.

[2012-07-13] A Google User: Dodgey advertising Status bar ads are bad enough. Then about 10 icons of got added to my desktop with internet links to different websites. Without my permission. Not good at all. I'd rather just use any of the good free non-advert filled stopwatch apps. |
