This app will calculate your 1 rep bench max between 1 and 10 reps since this range is most accurate. It is extremely accurate + or - 1 to 2 pounds. Future updates(within the next week) will include calculations for squats, deadlifts, bicep curls, tricep extensions, and shoulder presses. Adobe Air install required. Enjoy!!!
