[2012-04-21] A Google User: Simple and effective Great lightweight app. Shows max reps fron 1-15. Manually type in the amount of weight used and how many reps you can do to muscle failure. Be sure to use enough weight for 5 - 15 reps MAX. My buddy curled 35 lbs @ 29 reps and it said he should be curling like 110 lbs for 8 reps or something. The more reps you do, it seems, the less accurate it becomes. My buddy is doing 60lbs per arm. |
