[2012-11-13] Mike: Square has set the bar higher I have had the app and the PaySaber jack for 6 about months. I have rarely used it, using Square instead. I was hoping to move away from Square, my processing is cheaper through USAePay, but the UI is horrible for customer service. To start the jack had no instructions. Initially I could not resolve the issues in the app. Thought I was dumb, but neither could customer support. Finally found a setting on my own. The the app does not rotate to landscape. It is nearly impossible for someone to sign with their finger in portrait mode, there is just not enough room. Customer service told me it would be resolved in the next update. I just got that update, no landscape mode. The app emails out a receipt. It is a rtf file, looks like something from 1987. Square has a beautiful receipt with my company logo and a Google map of where the purchase was made. Square was first, and set the bar high, you guys need to step up to the plate. |

[2012-09-19] Eddi: Decimal point for $ doesn't work right. This app is great, all the other features such as batch history is on the gateway. This is way better than Square's payment service! |
