Awful I think I used to be able to deposit checks using my phone. No more. This piece of crap says to take the picture over and over and make sure to have a contrasting background. I am taking the picture of the white check on a black background in my office where there are 6 flourescent lights. Think that is bright enough?? Fix it! Eventually the app just says that you're unable to deposit the check and visit an atm or bank. SO MUCH FOR NOT GOING TO THE BANK. So worthless and frustrating.

Can't deposit checks I only downloaded this app to be able to deposit checks. While trying to deposit a small check today, I got all the way to the point of taking the photo of the front of the check and when I press OK, it says PNC has stopped...options are to say OK or report. Samsung google nexus s. Please fix, I'd like to be able to deposit my check.

Downhill My phone was broken so i didnt get the update until i reciently downloaded the app again. Why oh why did it have to get changed? Was there something wrong with the old one none told me?....Cause the old one was awesome.......bring back the pending transactions....the mobile app SHOULD be like the website.....and guess what....the website shows pending transactions.....is his a clever way of having people over draft? Well if it is then once again you have fucked me and PNC, this is good bye......

Friggin slow! This app used to be awesome....had to reinstall because of a replacement phone. App is now choppy, slow and certain features don't load so it freezes.

Worked beautifully on iPhone but terribly on Android I loved this app on my iPhone - used it daily to check balances and pay bills, but on my new Samsung S3, it is unusable. The app is always confused about which menu I am selecting and it never fails that I have to login at least twice to see anything. Please update!

Only good to view balance I have a 5 mp camera but it still says the check is not clear enough for mobile deposit. But I can view my account.

Check deposit defective, JUNK! The only attractive part about this APP is "remote check deposit". However the program is so poorly written (just as all other PNC applications), and could never capture the check clearly. I am using Galaxy Nexus, and by calling the camera manually, the checks are so clearly taken that I could even reprint them. However, this APP does not know how to access the camera hardware correctly. IMO PNC should hire some real technicians, who know how to build some real softwares, to replace their currently-not-working-everything.

Freezes/Useless Not worth the d/l. Freezes constantly and thank god I'm using CM7 with the option to long-press f/c or else I'd be powering off my phone after a couple menu selections to get out of this app. It's tough to believe this is coming from a financial inst the size of PNC. Shockingly this is a nice improvement over their previous application.

No love for CM7? I mainly used this to check recent transactions and was happy with it until I reinstalled onto a phone with CM7. On the fresh CM7 phone, the app quits within 30 seconds after logging in (no FC) without warning and I must restart the app and login again. The problem repeats... :-/ Now UNUSABLE.

Glitchy Upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy 3 phone...oh the agony of a great phone and bad app!!! Had on my Vibrant for 2 years and never upgraded...this app is not polished. First time I logged on all was jumbled. Worked the second time but I'm hesitant too use. Boo!

Fix it please! !! I use this apparently everyday and I used to love it. Now all it does is freeze my phone or just not load at all. And if and when it loads, it will say that it has timed out or something right in the middle of my usage. Ridiculous. Please fix the bugs!!!

Don't try to deposit check... App other than check deposit works ok. After spending 30 minutes trying to take pictures of front and back of check over and over again (even though they were so clear my 90 y/o grandma could read) because it repedily would say images were not clear enough, I decided that in the same amount of time, I could have driven to the bank 3 time's over. I gave up and will not try using that feature until they improve it. Same problem on various high quality phones...

Needs alot of work! Very slow on my galaxy s 3, was slow on my galaxy s 2, always an error message when first loading, mobile deposit might work after multiple attempts, even with sunlight the check images are too dark for the app to recognize, I will be uninstalling.

Locks up Droid RAZR Maxx My wife and I use (or try to use) this app mainly for depositing checks, which worked ok the first few times, but now it literally locks up our phones every time we try to use it. We literally have to reboot our phonesto get then to work Addison. We both have new Droid RAZR Maxx phones and both experience the same problem, so I'm pretty sure the problem is the app. Please fix!

Major fail Not location aware. Not integrated with Google Mass. I wanted to find nearest ATM - had to figure current address, feed it to the app, and feed the ATM address to the map app, all manually. Not user friendly at all.
