Simple & Direct Nothing special. Simple app allowing access to account details and transfers. no difficultly logging in. Downloaded and online in less than 2min.

JB Great app...had problems with it at first but NFCU Tech support verified my OS now it's super fast and shows all accounts. If your having issues call tech support and they can fix it.

In a word... Pathetic. This app is literally a thin web browser locked onto NFCU's mobile site. I would have at least expected that having this app would save a few key-strokes on the log-in. Never mind the fact that since it's tied to the mobile website, you have to go through their clumsy and limited registration that only allows a 1-to-1 connection between phones and access numbers. In far too many ways, it's often just easier to use my mobile browser and log-in on the full website. At least then I'm not limited by so many ridiculous assumptions. This app is a waste of space. If they bother to improve it, they'd best give it the same level of usability as the main website with an interface specifically designed for android phone form factors or be prepared to face the indignity of having released yet another piece of junk. You know it's bad when small banks you have never heard of have far better apps than the drivel released by a bank meant to support our armed forces.

Has a few issues... But its not too bad. There's plenty of room for improvement, but its still a convenient app to have.

Good, though limited, start. If you've ever just used the Android browser to access your accounts, this basically presents the same functions, but packaged in an application. Once you proceed to the 'Mobile Banking' section of the app, it is exactly the same as the web intrface. You can make transfers to other accounts that belong to you, but not to other members you may have linked to your own account. It does allow you to quickly find nearby ATMs, which is useful. I hope that more features are implemented soon.
