Expense IT is an application that was created for business men and women to ease the tracking of business related items such as expenses, mileage, time, and payments for jobs as well as trips. It has been tailored to allow easy entry of these items throughout the period of the job or trip. Once the trip or job is complete, Expense IT allows the data to be viewed and exported in a variety of ways both as PDF reports and CSV exports. These reports and exports can then be viewed on the device or emailed to whoever needs them.  Expense IT also allows for complete management of each of the jobs as they are walked through status such as: Active, Billed, Overdue, and Paid.
* Managing different clients with features for bill rates, billing increments, etc.
* Creation of jobs and association to clients, expenses, mileage, time, and payments.
* Fully functional application without network connections; although, when connected exchange rate data is able to be imported into Expense IT.

* Payment management - as customer payments are received, they too can be tracked within Expense IT.  These payments as well as due dates can be used to auto calculate job statuses.
* Extensive Reporting capabilities such as Job Details, Client Summaries, Year to date reports, etc.  Addition Quick Reports easily allowing the generation of select reports within two user interactions.
* Collected data is able to be exported in a CSV format for import to other applications such as Excel and Quick Books.
* Reports and exported data are able to be emailed WITHOUT requiring additional fees.
* Ability to view reports from the Android device, sorting the data in a variety of ways.
* Manage reimbursement rates for personal vehicle use.

A tip calculator which allows you to specify the U.S. state's tax percentage value into the calculation. It also allows you to specify the tip amount and the number of people to split the bill with. The calculation happens automatically after changes on the user interface.

The U.S. state is selected automatically based on your current location. If the current location cannot be obtained by your Android device, the previously selected U.S. state will be used.

FAQ
Q. How does PEM informs me to record an expense?
A. When you enter a shopping expense (for example Eat out at your favorite restaurant or Grocery at shopping store), PEM using GPS technology will save the location of that place. Next time you go to the same place and spend some time there, PEM will remind you to enter any expense if you did.
(Hint: Enter your expense when you make it. Ensure that your phone's GPS is on and you are at a location where GPS signals can be received. Best practice will be to enter your expense when you come out of the place.)
Q. Does PEM use internet.
A. Yes PEM requires access to internet for geocoding the location and accessing the advertising banners.
Q. How often PEM makes use of GPS (does it affect my battery)
A. PEM uses GPS periodically, the GPS usage happens every 5-10 minutes for only 6 seconds. PEM uses android's proximity alert to identify if you are near a store or shopping place.
Q. How does PEM reminds me of bills.
A. When you record a bill expense first time, PEM will store the frequency and date of bill. When the next date happens for the same bill , PEM will remind you about entering the expense of that bill. (Please note PEM reminders happens at 16:55 on the bill day)
